Portfolio – of Programs, Projects and Products

As a field-experienced Technical Program Manager, I provide “hands-on”, full life-cycle PMO

leadership of Engineering & IT teams to benefit customers and business stakeholders. My

approach is to drive coordinated projects to completion while providing technical guidance,

accurate work-breakdown-structures, clear visibility to business stakeholders, risk

management, status reporting, accountability, communication, and resource planning.

This portfolio document is organized into three sections:

PROGRAMS – driven by business strategy, and

composed of multi-phase, coordinated, cross-

functional projects. To view profiles of the

programs I have led, please visit the Programs

section.

PROJECTS – I have managed where I have been

directly responsible for planning, managing,

communicating, and delivering project results to business stakeholders. To view a

comprehensive list of projects I have managed, please visit the Projects section.

PRODUCTS – where programs or projects resulted in a tangible product with market

impact, competitive advantage, revenue contribution, and IP asset value. To view a

complete list of software products I have produced, please visit the Products section.

I have been fortunate to lead many

talented teams toward producing award-

winning software, some of which ranked

as #1 in industry sales, with millions of

customers (and users), revenue in the

hundreds of millions, and unparalleled

longevity.

My technical programs and projects have

employed a variety of development

methodologies – Agile, Scrum,

traditional waterfall, Microsoft Solutions
