animator
Animation contains a broad range of careers, but all involve graphic animation and LOTS of render time. It can be a
job for a famous film producer, or a startup
company.

Education Requirements
Becoming an animator requires some natural talent, in drawing and with various computer programs. To be
successful, however, you need a bachelors degree in
animation or a related field. Usually you should take a 3D programming class, graphic design, and sketch classes.

Career benefits
In essence, animators are paid to express their creativity. 59%
of animators are self employed, which can create
better quality of life.
“Animation is the one type of movie that really does play for the entire audience. Our challenge
is to make stories that connect for kids and adults.” -John Lasseter, Disney animator

Why I want to become an animator
I’m hoping that through this outlet, I can create not just a specific type of content, but
many kinds. Examples of this are visual ads, or entire
stories, drawing and creating my own worlds.
“Computers don't create computer animation any more than a pencil creates pencil animation. What creates computer animation is the artist.”-John lasseter

Good and badI know that animators work very hard, especially when
they have to meet deadlines. On the other side though, they have the opportunity to create amazing things, and get paid
to do it.
