Student organizations support the student's commitment to their program through a variety of activities that include community projects as well as district, state and national competitions. While participating in a club focused on their area of learning, students may also be nominated to the National Technical Honor Society.

A select group of students is chosen from those involved in the programs offered at the Buinger CTE Academy. These students are trained to be ambassadors for and give tours of the BCTEA campus to visitors as well as elementary and junior high students.
