THE BARN:

Includes the use of The Barn at Hamner Ridge

from Friday at 12:00pm to Sunday at 12:00pm.

This includes all amenities included with the

barn. Multiple ceremony sites, tables & chairs

for up to 300 people, décor and props, suites

to get ready, heated and air conditioned bath-

rooms and suites, beautiful grounds for photo-

graphs are all included with package. Our ven-

ue has endless options for your wedding.

THE FLOWERS:

Includes $500 worth of flowers ordered specially

for your wedding. These flowers can be used

on your guest tables, at your head table, at the

ceremony site, or om your alter. The flowers

are ordered from samsclub.com

and will arrive to the barn on the

Thursday before your wedding.

The Barn at Hamner Ridge’s own

arranging. The flowers are not

intended to be used for bou-

quets or boutonnieres.

THE CAKE:

THE MUSIC:

Includes DJ services for the Reception for up to

6 hours. Scott Manley has over 30 years of

experience and has played for hundreds of

weddings. We will work with Scott to be

sure he has all of your special wedding

songs ready for your first dance, father

daughter dance, mother groom dance, etc.

He can also gear his play list to your pref-

erences.

Gabby Jones is our cake decorator for

this package. Gabby is a fresh new

cake designer that we are lucky to

partner with. She loves to experi-

ment with new flavors, forms and

loves to bring your vision to life. Her

cakes and cupcakes will have your

mouth watering!! Included with this

package is a two tier wedding cake

and 20 dozen cupcakes. You can

chose your four

favorite flavors.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER: All photographers will be

on site for 10 hours on the day of the wed-

ding. You get to choose from the following 3

talented photographers. The package also

includes edited photos from the wedding on

a CD, flash drive or digital download for you

to use as you wish. This does not include any

prints or books.

MAGGIE DEWEY PHOTOGRAPHY

Maggie is a talented photographer who has years

of experience photographing weddings,

seniors, families, babies and more. She has a

creative casual rustic style and has a soft spot

for black and whites. She is fun and flexible

and looks forward to capturing the love and

joy on your special day.

THE LIGHT FANTASTIC PHOTOGRAPHY

Mandy Bryant is a photographer working in the

beautiful fields of central Indiana. After

earning her degree in photography, she began

working as an artist for book publishing

companies, magazine publishers, and home

and gift stores including Wayfair and Mod-

Cloth. She now focuses much of her artistic

energy toward weddings and portraiture,

using her editorial style to capture the

beautiful people she is blessed to call her

clients. Mandy resides in Edinburgh,

Indiana with her husband, two children,

and far too many dogs and cats.

GOLDEN APPLE PHOTOGRAPHY

Trinity Kirby has been capturing memories

professionally for six years. She is a graduate

from Indiana State University with a Bachelors

Degree in Art Education. As an art teacher she

has learned how to adapt quickly to unexpected

changes and prepare for quick on your feet

thinking. Being a wedding photographer requires

flexibility to find solutions to problems as you

shoot, and those in those unexpected moments

the most spectacular images are created! She is

driven by the emotional connection made with

her clients while capturing their most special day.

Because memories do fade she prides herself on

capturing all of those moments, so they are not

lost but captured for eternity. Her ultimate goal

is to capture your memories in a beautiful and

creative light, to capture the emotion and

vulnerability and joy of the day.

THE MAKEUP:

Includes Makeup Artist for the wedding party and moth-

ers (up to 7 people). Ali Kermode is our go to make-

up artist. She has been doing formal makeup for a

year and has attended Merle Norman Cosmetics train-

ing classes. She provides an airbrush makeup service

with fake lashes for weddings. Tips for this service are

welcomed.

THE COORDINATION:

Includes the Coordination of all services listed above by

the Barn at Hamner Ridge. Payments will also be

made directly to these service providers by The Barn

at Hamner Ridge. Contracts will remain in the name

of the bride and groom.

These are our “Go To” vendors, but subject to their

availability. Qualified substitutions may be necessary. Book

early to guarantee these vendors are part of your carefree

wedding.

THE HAIR:

Includes Hair Design for the

wedding party and mothers (up to

7 people). Maria Solomon is our

go to Hair Designer. Maria

attended Paul Mitchell The School

in Chicago and has been styling hair

for 5 years. She owns her own

salon in Greenwood, IN

and has a passion for

bridal and special

occasion hair. This also

includes one trial session for

the bride. Tips for this ser-

vice are welcomed.
