The MORryde Cargo Tray is designed to provide easy access to hard-to-reach compartments of the RV. These instructions apply to all MORryde Cargo Tray part numbers.

PREPARATION

General Safety & Warnings:

Read and understand all instructions and warnings prior to installation.

Failure to follow the instructions and heed the warnings of this document may result in injury, damage to the trailer and/or property, and/or voidance of the product warranty. Always utilize appropriate safety equipment, i.e. proper eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, etc.

You are personally responsible for following safe installation procedures and completing

appropriate safety checks.

Due to the variety of installation applications, mounting clearances, and surface materials, a generic hardware pack is supplied for convenience. It is at the discretion of the installer to choose the hardware that best suits specific needs. MORryde does not take ownership of any wrongly installed trays or damage that may result from a wrongfully installed tray.

Heavy lifting is required. Use a second person for a team lift.

STEP 1 Verify the MORryde Cargo Tray clears the baggage door. With a second person, lift the railing and tray into the unit before cutting the banding. Ensure that the baggage door opens and closes without interference.

STEP 2 While the tray is sitting inside the unit, cut the banding and slightly extend the tray to ensure it clears all sides of the compartment opening.

Do not fully extend the tray so the majority of the weight is outside the compartment. Doing so could result in damage to the tray or personal injury.

STEP 3 Use a second person to lift the railing and tray out of the unit and set it on a flat surface.

STEP 4 Lift the release handle and pull the tray until it is fully extended. Once the tray hits the stop tab, lift the front of the tray at an angle so the stop bracket can move over the top of the stop tab.

Once the stop bracket clears the stop tab, DO NOT continue to extend the tray as it may fall out of the railing and could result in personal injury or damage to the tray.

STEP 5Use a second person to grab the sides of the tray and continue to extend the tray until it is completely removed from the railing. Set the tray to the side.

STEP 6Use a second person to lift the railing and set it inside the storage compartment.

STEP 7Use a tape measure to center the rail in the middle of the doorway. Measure both sides of the rail to ensure it is centered and measure corner to corner to check squareness.

STEP 8After finalizing the location of the tray rail, ensure that there is no plumbing or wiring underneath the designated location before proceeding. It is recommended to contact the manufacturer for these details.

STEP 9Secure each corner of the railing with a screw.

STEP 10Use a second person to lift the tray and guide the ball bearings into the rail channels. Push the tray into the railing and lift the end of the tray over the stop brackets.

STEP 11 Release the latch and extend the tray to ensure it functions properly.

STEP 12Fully secure the railing in place using at least four screws per side. Evenly space the screws in the designated hole locations.

STEP 13Push the tray into the locked position and double check functionality by sliding the tray in and out.
