This touring exhibition comprises a series of rare behind the scenes photographs of the world’s most iconic rock stars and actors during the 1970’s.
Shooting Stars features a collection of 63 intimate natural portraits and lifestyle shots taken in America and the UK by 70’s model, actress and ‘It Girl’, Carinthia West.
The photographs, some of which have not been exhibited before, document the era, as well as her close personal friendships with the likes of Mick Jagger, Ronnie Wood, George Harrison, Eric Idle, Shelley Duvall, Helen Mirren, Neil Young, and Anjelica Huston, as they enjoyed life away from the limelight.

Technical detailsDesigned to fit between 200 m² and 400 m², the exhibition consists of the following components:
• 55 framed colour and monochrome photographic prints
• 11 1970s outfits, worn by Carinthia West
• Additional items of ephemera that belong to Carinthia West
• 10 graphic panels, plus label text
• IP package for exhibition branding and interpretation and including paint and wallpaper references
• 1 x 3min film interview with the photographer and exhibition curator (plus additional shorter film clips suitable for social media or to play alongside specific items)
• List of assets used to create 1970s dining room and sitting room, with suggestions
• Exhibition catalogue available for purchase for resale
