How Do We Make it Work • Monthly and Weekly Editorial Calendar – Plan ahead • Share content across social media platforms – Website homepage, Weekly Newsletter, Facebook, Twitter.

• Photographers – Identify various staff members to take photos and synch with editorial calendar.

• Make it exciting for faculty’s hard work to be featured or highlighted so they become content contributors.

What’s the Difference? • Increased community interaction. People are hitting like, leaving comments, sharing.

• More consistent, meaningful, engaging content

• Measurable increased readership of weekly newsletter. Consistently over 50 percent each week vs. last year when it was about 20 percent readership

• Alumni families who we had never heard from on Facebook are liking and commenting on posts. Unprecedented attendance at Annual Dinner.

• Facebook, web-based pushpages and Twitter have become part of the fabric of our communications culture.
