measuring success • to review the success (or otherwise?) in

relation to the goals being met• recommendations to improve organisational

Presentation Structure

• You have 20 slides maximum• You need to include a commentary for each slide• Remember your audience is senior managers in your organisation• Allow 2 slides to introduce yourself and the purpose of your presentation• It will be helpful to use the framework of the Balanced Scorecard for your presentation• Remember to include conclusions and recommendations• You should have a slide for references, but this will not count in your total

• Give your organisation’s goals and objectives • Identify existing systems used for measuring success
