Welcome to Carolina Region Pony Club Dressage Rally 2017. The official start of this rally will be 8:00 am on Saturday, April 29. Early arrivals are allowed as described below. The pre-purchased Competitor dinner has been changed to a competitor box lunch available for pickup on Saturday. Rally information will be shared through text messaging. EARLY ARRIVAL

Friday April 28

Arrival optional – no Horse Management or night checks (consider keeping your saddle with you Friday night)

Barns open no earlier than 3 PM – Shavings in between barns – 2 bags per stall unless you ordered extra

Stall Assignments attached. DO NOT CHANGE – if there is a problem with a stall, report to the office. (feed room shared between 2 teams)

Show Office will be open from 5-7:00 PM – check in and pinney pick up optional

PARENTS – NO SET UP ASSISTANCE ALLOWED – please unload and remain in the barn area as a safety observer for your team – make sure stall is safely set up and stall doors secured before leaving the barn for the night. Post a stall card with your CELL PHONE.

NO RIDING ON PREMISES ON FRIDAY – NO RIDING ON XC SIDE OF FACILITY – NO RIDING IN PRIME TIME DRESSAGE WARM UP OR DAY PARKING

Saturday April 29 6:00 AM Barns open – office open for check in and pinney pick up 8:00 AM Rally Begins 8:00 AM Briefing and helmet check in front of Office (bring your helmet to the briefing) 8:30 AM Jog-outs 9:00 AM Parent/Volunteer/Coaches Briefing in front of Office 9:30 AM Formals begin in front of HM office 10:30 AM Dressage Tests begin in the Ellis Arena 12:00 PM Lunch break (competitor lunches can be picked up in Office at any time) 12:30 PM Dressage Tests resume 5:00 PM Music testing for freestyle in trailer between warm-up and arena 6:30 PM Barns close Sunday April 30 6:30 AM Barns open 8:30 AM Dressage tests begin 12:00 PM Dressage Tests complete 2:00 PM (or as soon as scoring is complete) Awards in front of Office Clean stalls and head for home after awards are over
