CLIENT: MAYNARD LEIGHPROJECT: WEBSITE

REQUIREMENT:Maynard Leigh Associates pioneered the use of theatre within the workplace, and it was important that the website reflected the ethos ‘Serious Play’. By working with the designers I was able to create a new website, built with a custom content management system, specifically designed to deliver impact full messages on a user-friendly platform.

RESULTS:The website launch made a dramatic impact on current and prospective clients, with a 30% increase of traffic flow within the first six months. The custom content management system also created opportunities to increase flexibility and reactive marketing by bringing the editing process in-house.

CLIENT: MAYNARD LEIGHPROJECT: SUMMER CAMPAIGN

REQUIREMENT:Following the spirit of summer, we decided to hold an open-day at the offices, themed around a Summer Fete. Working with the creative team, to produce invitations, subsequent promotional material and a unique hand-made invitation.

RESULTS:Provided a great opportunity to display the creativity and innovation of the business, and share a lighter side to generating business enquiries and maintaining contact with clients.

CLIENT: MAYNARD LEIGHPROJECT: VITAL LEADER

REQUIREMENT:A campaign designed to support the book launch of ‘The Vital Leader’. The launch, and supporting materials, were designed to balance the ethos of what makes a Vital Leader, i.e. engagement, innovation etc, whilst generating business enquiries for B2B training and development.

RESULTS:The campaign created presence in ‘all good book stores’, as well as creating opportunities to contact existing clients. The campaign also provided opportunities to hold events, generate upselling and open speaking engagements for the authors.

CLIENT: MAYNARD LEIGHPROJECT: SPOTLIGHT MAGAZINE

REQUIREMENT:Spotlight was introduced to create opportunities to share industry news and trends, provide insight and give details of the services, offerings and events.

The distribution strategy was to keep in touch with existing clients and target potential clients.

RESULTS:Spotlight was a tool for generating revenue and creating front of mind. The revenue generation, on an annual basis, was £80,000 in event revenue, plus additional business development opportunities from new and existing clients.

CLIENT: MBRSSPROJECT: WEBSITE

REQUIREMENT:The MBRSS website needed to provide specific industry information, whilst creating a user-friendly interactive experience. The site needed to illustrate a creative environment and an approach that was different from the industry norms; this led to a design process that involved understanding the values of the business and translating them to the wider audience.

RESULTS:As a result of the redesign, website traffic increased significantly, with one business unit moving from zero visitors to 500+ in the first three weeks. Additionally, by incorporating digital marketing elements, there is potential to generate traffic from multiple social media sites, back to the website.

CLIENT: MBRSSPROJECT: COLLATERAL

REQUIREMENT:MBRSS lacked presence, so the design and introduction of the company collateral needed to have an impact, whilst delivering messages of reliability and credibility. The brochure design involved intensive conversation with the creative team to fully understand the industry challenges and the desired effect. The process allowed for clarity of offering and an innovative approach to design.

RESULTS:The business development impact has been considerable. The sales teams now have materials to present to clients and an opening to discuss the values and aims for the business. The feedback from clients has been positive, highlighting the difference in style and the professionalism that the collateral represents.
