ELEVATORS

Prior to moving furniture,appliances or anything

"

heavy using the elevators,please check with securityfor pads to be placed in theelevators to protect thewalls. Security will takecare of making sure thepads are placed in theelevators. Please do notmove anything or allowanyone else to use theelevator to move anythingwithout the use of the pads.

During the summer, pleaseavoid having deliveries onFriday afternoons,Saturdays and Sundays.The elevators and lobbyarea are extremely busy onthose days.

TRASH CHUTES

Just a reminder that thetrash chutes are for garbageitems only. Boxes shouldbe broken down andplaced in the outsidecompactor.

PETS - ONLYOWNERS ALLOWED

We would like to remindeveryone that renters are notallowed to bring pets on thepremises. ONLYCONDOMINIUM UNITOWNERS are permitted tohave pets on the premises.This policy will be strictlyenforced.

When walking your pet,please keep them leashedand utilize the area on theeast side of the garage towalk them. Please do nottake pets along thelandscaped area of the mainbuilding or the beach patio.

DRYER VENTS

It is necessarythat everyonehave their dryer

vents cleaned outevery year or so. If

you have not had your dryervents cleaned, you maycontact the condominiumoffice to make the necessaryarrangements.

WHAT'SHAPPENING!!

Wi-Fi high speed internet isnow available in allcondominiums. Please usepass code Carouselcondoand you will be able toaccess it immediately. Ifyou have any questions,please check with thecondominium office.

You will be receiving anupdate on the East SideRenovation Project in themail along with thisnewsletter.

BUILDINGREGISTRATION FEES

All renters must check in toreceive keys, parking passesand instructions. Rentersare required to pay a $25.00Building Registration Feefrom Memorial Day toLabor Day weekend.

Even if you rent your unityourself, your renters muststill check in and register inthe condominium office andalso pay the registration fee.

These fees go directly to theCarousel CondominiumAssociation.

THEME NIGHTS ONTHE PATIO & IN THERESTAURANT THISSUMMER

There will be theme nightson the patio or in ourOceanfront Restaurant allsummer.

ICE SHOWS

"THE NEXT ICE AGE" isback performing nightly atthe Carousel for the 11th

year. The shows will beginmid-June and will runthrough August 21st. Theybegin nightly at 6:30 pmand are free.
