September 29 & 30 saw twelve of Carpenter Co.’s next generation of managers spend two intense, information packed days at the Reinhart Technical Center in Richmond, VA. Attendees met and heard from every senior executive in all functional business areas for updates and insights to our various businesses. As part of the development experiences for the group, they had the opportunity to meet CEO Stan Pauley and his entire executive team for dinner. The next two days followed with conversations on all our operating units. In addition to this experience, trainees have been participating in rotating job assignments and online training supplemented with one-on-one coaching with their respective Division Managers.
