KIRK KESSEL

Informed, well-prepared, insanely hardworking, and passionately

dedicated, Kirk Kessel is without a doubt one of the most trusted and

seasoned agents in the Melbourne area. According to Space Coast

Business Magazine, “Kirk continue(s) to stay on top of the industry…

and remains a top producer in Brevard County.” Kirk has personally been

on all sides of real estate transactions – as a real estate agent, investor,

adviser and general counsel, a syndicator and developer.

He founded his own real estate company in 1986 and in 2001 sold it

to a local builder and his family. In 2009 Kirk teamed up with Dewayne

Clyde Carpenter to specialize in waterfront, barrier island and high

offices to team up with Dale Sorensen Real Estate Brevard.
