RUGSAsplund’s handtufted rugs are made of high quality New Zealand wool, which is rich in natural fats that give the rugs a natural lustre, while also providing good protection against stains. Numerous well-known designers have contributed to making our rug collection comprehensive. Most of the rugs are available to order in the size and colour you specify.

WOOLSILKAsplund’s Woolsilk grade is a high quality blend of wool and vis-cose. The combination of slightly higher cut pile and the addition of viscose give the carpet a vivid and luxurious lustre.

PLATINUMAsplund Platinum carpets are handmade from a mixture of 75% New Zealand wool and 25% finest silk. Eminent, skilled craftsmen make a succession of tiny knots to create a unique, beautifully vivid carpet. We have chosen two of the highest qual-ity techniques to work with: Indo Nepal and Tibetan knots. The combination of New Zealand wool and silk makes the colour look marbled, and makes the dark colours somewhat brighter.

SUPERDHURRIESOur Superdhurries are woven from 100% finest quality wool with a larger amount of threads, giving the carpet a more sturdy look and feel. Available in the Rand pattern or monochrome.

KELIM A Turkish Love AffairMaterials and colours inspired by Swedish and Turkish tradition-al patterns have specifically been chosen for these new designs. Woven in a traditional Turkish style, with a modern pattern with roots in Turkish and Swedish folklore.
