Carry out replacement in the following order:

Tighten the parking brake lever.

Place wedge blocks under the rear wheels.
3
Loosen the wheel mounting bolts.
4
Raise the front of the car and secure on supports.
5
Remove the front wheels.
For replacing the bearing, a puller is useful for removingand installing the hub bearings.
Replace both wheel hub bearings of one axle.
Do not re-use the bearing assembly of your AUDI A4 B6car.

Unscrew the brake caliper fastening

Remove the brake caliper.

Remove the brake disc.

Loosen and remove the hub nut.

Remove the nuts and separate the front and rearlower control arms from the steering knucklebase.

Remove the bolt and the steering rod end anddisconnect it from the steering knuckle.

Unscrew the nuts and disengage the upper frontcontrol arms from the steering knuckle bottom

Unscrew the ABS sensor fastening from thesteering knuckle.

Disconnect the ABS sensor wiring

Remove the steering knuckle together with thehub.

Press the wheel hub out from the tapered rollerbearing.

Unscrew the hub bearing fastening to thesteering knuckle.

Screw the new hub bearing fastener into thesteering knuckle.

Press the wheel hub into the bearing inner race.

Clean the parts and apply a thin layer of the bearing greaseto inner surface of the steering knuckle and the outer surfaceof the hub.

Install the steering knuckle in the wheel arch andpass the drive shaft through the hub center.

Connect the upper control arms to the top of thesteering knuckle.

Connect the lower control arms to the bottom ofthe steering knuckle.

Install the brake disc.

Connect the ABS sensor wiring.

Screw the wheel hub lock nut.

Install the wheel.

Lower the car and working in a cross order,tighten the wheel bolts.
