FRANKSTON, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA, February 19, 2015, Karin A. Carter, Principal of Rental
Solutions (VIC) was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Branding. This special distinction
honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional
success.
Ms. Carter has enjoyed a diversified 43-year career in the fields of consulting,
management, training and real estate. She has broad qualifications in these areas and
continues to utilize them by designing and delivering in-house real estate solutions
and training to industry agencies across Melbourne. She is known as enthusiastic and
efficient with a friendly disposition and unique consultative approach to all her
clients and business partners to achieve their goals and dreams of building successful
investment property portfolios.
Rental Solutions (VIC) provides property management and new or current business
consulting services, third party property management services, individual portfolio property management
services, industry in-house training opportunities for property managers via one on one and/or teams in
various capacities, expert industry staff training delivering professional training tools and tips to create
competitive advantages in the market place. Rental Solutions (VIC) can even sell a client’s property,
business or rental property and/or act as Buyers Advocate to purchase their next investment opportunity.
As principal, Ms. Carter oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the business, including the payment of
landlords, tenants and creditors. She has quickly found success with Rental Solutions (VIC) thanks to her
superb listening skills and her 100 percent commitment to excellent customer service. She looks forward

Ms. Carter received an Associate Diploma in Project Management from Box Hill TAFE. She also holds a
Diploma in Management, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Certificate IV in Training and
Workplace Training, a Certificate IV in Business (Estate Agency Practice), Certificates I, II and III in
Property Services, a Certificate III in Business and Office Management, a Certificate III in TESOL, and a
Certificate III and IV in Hairdressing and Salon Management.
The recipient of the First National Real Estate's Inaugural Networking Award, Ms. Carter supports
Kiwanis International, Challenge-Supporting Kids with Cancer, Never Shake a Baby Campaign and The
Deaf Foundation.
Through Ms. Carter’s networking opportunities and involvement with Kiwanis International she was
responsible for sourcing and delivering several successful fundraising and networking events. She
coordinated and successfully staged two sailing events as fundraisers for Yachting Victoria, during the
Volvo Round the World Ocean Race in 1996, with funds going to Challenge-Supporting Kids with
Cancer. Ms. Carter also successfully created, developed and coordinated the inaugural Mt Eliza One-Day
Garden Festival in partnership with the Rotary Club of Mt Eliza. From sponsorship funds raised, $50,000
was awarded to the community of Mt Eliza.
With her passion for helping children, Ms. Carter successfully coordinated the “Never Shake a Baby”
Community Awareness Program in partnership with Kiwanis International, Royal Children’s Hospital
and Victorian Children’s Services resulting in a $100,000 Government Grant for a three-year program.
She also created, developed and coordinated a small business networking opportunity called Peninsula
People in Business (PPIB). This provided a group of small business owners to showcase their business to
other business owners across the Mornington Peninsula on a monthly basis.
