Help share the word about CASA of South Central Missouri today to help support our mission of advocating
for abused and neglected children in foster care in our communities.
Today, we invite you to be apart of giveCASA by taking part in the #giveCASA Facebook Challenge! All you
have to do is create a Facebook fundraiser! Creating a fundraiser is super simple...and we have provided the
steps you take (see below).
The challenge? If you are the individual who raises the MOST money through your Facebook fundraiser we
will have a prize for you! What prize...you ask?
For the person who raises the most money, 1/2 of your total raised will be given
to CASA and the other 1/2 will be given to whomever you would like! You can
choose another charity you support, a business in town, a family member, some-
one in need, to CASA, or even yourself.
We hope this will help you spread some love (and some money) to others in need! Please make sure to let
folks know if you win you will be able to use 1/2 the funds to go to your choice of recipient!
The WINNER will be announced during the #giveCASA Finale at 12:00AM July 25, 2020.

Note: Only funds raised through Friday, July 24 at 11:59pm will go toward the give 1/2, get 1/2 total. The to-
tal split will be the total of the funds raises by the individual, not the total of all fundraisers for CASA. Funds
take 30-45 days for Facebook to disperse to CASA, so please anticipate receiving your 1/2 not later than Sept
15, 2020. CASA can send the check directly to your selected recipient in your name if you so choose and pro-
vide their information.

1. Go to the CASA of South Central Missouri Facebook
Page (www.facebook.com/CASAofSouthCentralMO)
and click on “Fundraiser” on the left side bar.
2. Click on the “Raise Money” button.
3. This should default to CASA of South Central
Missouri
4. Set a goal to achieve (this will show on your
fundraiser)!
5. Set your end date for July 25 (that makes sure it
will go through the end of the competition).
Money can still be raised on Saturday, but
only that raised by 11:59pm Friday will be
included in the challenge.
