After reviewing your petition, the Agency has decided to reconsider the EPA actions referenced in the petition. The Agency intends to move forward with its reconsideration as expeditiously as possible. At the conclusion of the Agency's reconsideration, we will provide a response to your petition setting forth our decisions whether to grant or deny the specific requests in the petition. Should the EPA decide to conduct a rulemaking to amend any part of the federal rule, the EPA would provide an opportunity for notice and comment.
