The Problem: Assuming staff knew what case management was and

how to do it. Assuming staff knew what a resource manual was or

how to develop one Philosophical shift in approach to treatment with an

emphasis on case management

The Solution: Two day intensive training in case management Weekly Clinical Supervision Including case management in job description and

annual review

Useful Lessons Importance of collaboration with partners,

have a thorough understanding of what they are buying into
