• Male• 16 year old• Chief complaint: make better teeth appearance• No medical history • Recently referred to dentist for RCT, and fixed

partial prostheses• Brushing his teeth just 2 times per week.

Follow up session

• Our patient brought his toothbrush and we repeated principles of oral health care. Oral examination was done by ourselves and changed oral situation was observed clearly, but unfortunately we totally forgot to take photo from our patient in this session.
