w Family Background Mr. Vijay Guniram Khobragade is the son

of a driver, his mother is a housewife. His father wanted him to study a lot and do some good job, but as he was a labour & illiterate he did not know the path to achieve the Goal. Vijay after completing his SSC took admission in ITI. He was interested in electrical work so he opted for the same. After ITI he did not get any job, so he joined a tailor as a worker over there he learned basic skill of stitching.

w Contact with MITCON In the month of Aug. 2014 a MITCON’s

coordinator visited his village and had a awareness camp regarding free training programme on Fashion Designing sponsored by Ni-MSME. After getting information he thought about joining this program as he was having basic skill and wanted to learn more so that he can is own business. He filled the prescribed form of Training Programme. Conducted by

MITCON. The programme was sponsored by Ni-MSME.

w About Training Program After joining the course he had shown

a good interest in learning the Skill of stitching garments. He came to know many thing which he was unknown. He added that the training program was full of practical, which helped him to understand different parameters of the business. He successfully completed the training programme.

w Present Status Vijay started his own shop. His wife is

also helping him. At present he has taken the shop on Rent. He wish to grow his business. He is grateful to MITCON and sponsoring Agency for giving him the training.

w Family Background : Rakshanda Dilip Goswami is the

daughter of a labour, her mother work as a maid and work hard to support the family. Rakshanda wanted to support her family financially to educate her younger siblings. But because of lack of any kind of skill she was unable to help them.

w Contact with MITCON In the month of Aug. 2014 MITCON’s

coordinator conducted an awareness camp to make all the ladies aware of a fashion designing training Program. Rakshanda also participated in that camp in the hope to achieve her dream. After getting the information she contacted the MITCON office at Nagpur. The programme coordinator gave her detailed information about the training programme. After clarifying the doubts she enrolled herself for the training programme.

w About Training Programme After joining the course she had shown

a interest in learning the Skill of stitching garments. During the training programme she got the knowledge about stitching. The faculty also guided her about the requirements to start a her own unit. She added that she has not only learned stitching but also learned embroidery.

She further added that this one month training program was a too small duration to learn so many technical knowhow. She successfully completed the training programme & gained confidence to work independently.

w Present Status At present Rakshanda has started

stitching clothes as per the customers’ requirement. She also suggests her customer about the suitable design to make more attractive. Because of this quality she has added many customers. The training program has changed her life. She expressed her gratitude for providing training.

w Family Background Sonali Rahul Wagmare had appeared

for BSW but she Could not complete her graduation due to marriage. He husband is running a two wheeler garage and earns quite good. She wanted to do something so that she can keep herself busy. But she was unable to identify what she could do as she is living in village.

w Contact with MITCON In the month of Aug. 2014 MITCON’s

programme coordinator conducted an awareness camp to make all the ladies aware of a fashion designing training Program sponsored by Ni-MSME. Sonali participated in the camp with the hope to achieve her dream. In the awareness camp she got information about the training programme. For more details she visited MITCON office at Nagpur and had discussions with the coordinator. After getting detailed information she decided to enroll herself for the training programme.

w About Training Program After joining the training programme she

had shown a interest in learning the skill of stitching garments. This was a entirely free training programme. Before joining the training she had no knowledge about stitching. During the programme she learned many aspects about stitching & fashion designing and got guidance from the faculty.

She further added that this one month training program was a too small duration to learn technical knowhow. He successfully completed the training programme and came out with a lot of confidence.

w Present Status After completion of the training Sonali

has started stitching clothes. She said that this training program has changed her life. She is thankful to MITCON & Govt. for providing training.

w Family Background Maya Anand Meshram is the daughter of a

farmer. She was not allowed to study after completing her 10th class. Her husband works as a helper in factory nearby her village. His earning is not sufficient enough to fulfill the requirement of her family. So she wanted to do something so that she could help her family. But because of low education and lack of skill she was worried how it would be possible.

w Contact with MITCON In the month of Aug. 2014 MITCON’s

coordinator conducted a awareness camp to make all the ladies aware about fashion designing training program. Maya also participated in the camp. She got basic information about the training programme. She contacted the MITCON’s office at Nagpur and had discussions about her doubts. The coordinator clarified he doubts. Maya decided to attend the training programme. She applied for the

programme in prescribed tormat along with documents. The committee members selected her to undergo the training.

w About Training Program Before attending training programme she

had no knowledge a bout stitching. During the training programme through various sessions she got thorough knowledge about the skill of stitching garments, how to search for new designs using electronic media, how to market her skill, etc. This was a entirely free training programme. The faculty guided her for setting up her venture. She successfully completed the training programme and was confident to work independently.

w Present Status After the training programme Maya has

set up her own unit on small scale. She wish to expand her business in future. She is thankful to MITCON & Govt. for providing training.

w Family Background Kavita Prashant Patil while completing her

school education learned stitching. After marriage also she continued her work of stitching. But it was limited upto home only. She wanted to develop herself with the skill in the field. She always wanted to have her own shop where she could design clothes for other.

w Contact with MITCON One day she came across with an

advertisement about free training programme on fashion designing. She had contact with the programme coordinator at MITCON’s office at Nagpur. She discussed on various topics related to fashion designing. After discussions she found it convenient to attend the training programme. She filled up the application and after undergoing the interview she was selected for the training programme.

w About Training Program During the training programme various

inputs regarding designing new patterns, cutting, stitching skill, embroidery, lace work were imparted by the faculty. More emphasis was given on practical training through which participants could get confidence to work independently. The information about government formalities regarding starting a unit was also imparted. During the training she actively participated in the learning process. She successfully completed the training programme.

w Present Status Initially she started with a small unit with

two employees. She used to stitch the dresses as per the requirement of the customers. Within in two months she expanded her business and started a boutique where she had employed more ladies. She is getting good response from the customers for her services.

w Family Background Vicky’s parents were already in the field of

tailoring business. But Vicky wanted to give a new look to their traditional business. He had obtained basic knowledge about the tailoring from his parents. He was willing upgrade himself with the knowledge of fashion designing.

w Contact with MITCON Vicky came to know about the training

programme through an advertisement published in local newspaper about the awareness camp of training programme of fashion designing. He attended the awareness camp and got inspired. He approached MITCON’s office at Nagpur and discussed with the coordinator. The coordinator gave the detailed information about the training programme and the inputs therein. On getting satisfied Vicky decided to undergo the training programme. He applied for the same. The committee called him for an interview and allowed to attend the training programme.

w About Training Program During the training programme Vicky

took initiative in learning process. He got knowledge about latest trend in the market, new methods of designing, various types of new machineries, stitching skill, latest legal formalities, marketing skill, etc. He got proper guidance about searching new market trend using electronic media. He successfully completed the training programme.

w Present Status After completion of training programme

Vicky reestablished his business. He applied new technology in his business. Purchased some new machineries and started stitching the garments in advance. He applied various new designs, which he got tremendous response in the market. He wish to expand his business in future and expand his market limit upto district level in next few months. He has expressed his special thanks to MITCON and Ni-MSME for giving him an opportunity to develop himself through training programme.

w Family Background Shila Patil use to stitch at home for

neighbor and her relatives. She always wanted to give a new look to her skill which she was doing in a traditional way. Shila came to know about a training program of Fashion Designing which was suppose to start in Kamptee. Shila always wanted to do something pioneering. She has learned stitching from her parents & has ambition to have her own shop. but has no confidence.

w Contact with MITCON One day through one of her friends she

came to know about the awareness camp on Fashion Designing Training Programme to be organised by MITCON in her village. She attended the camp. After completion of the camp she meet the coordinator and discussed about her willings. The coordinator advised her to undergo the training programme and got the application filled up. During the interview the committee also counselled her and allowed her to attend the programme.

w About Training Program During the training programme she

initiatively took part in learning process. She got knowledge of the new trends in the market, new techniques of designing, various machines being used in the market, marketing skills, Govt. Schemes, etc. She updated herself with the new technologies. She successfully completed the training programme and extended special thanks to MITCON for giving her an opportunity to attend the training.

w Present Status After completion of the training program

Shila hired a shop in Nagpur city and started her business on small scale. But after three months looking at the response she decided to invest more in the business. She purchased her own shop and employed two ladies to help her. Now her business is running well and she has got reputation in the market. She had extended her gratitude to MITCON and Ni-MSME for giving her a chance to learning.

w Family Background Nilima Ashwin Jamgade is from a poor

family in Kamptee, Dist. Natpur. But because of lack of any kind of skill

she was unable to help them. She had her education till B.A. 2nd year. But due to married at a young age she could not complete her graduation. She had basic knowledge of tailoring and blessed with the knowledge of art. She wish to convert this knowledge into earning, but couldn’t found the proper way.

w Contact with MITCON While discussing with the friends she

came to know about the Awareness Camp on Fashion Designing Training Programme which was being organized by MITCON in her village. She attended the awareness camp and got inspiration to enroll herself for the training programme as this programme was free. Still she visited MITCON’s office at Nagpur for

more details about the programme. The coordinator explained her about the inputs to be imparted in the programme. She got satisfied and decided to undergo the programme.

w About Training Program After joining the course she actively

participated in learning process. During the programme she got knowledge about new skills, methods of designing, machineries, market trend, embroidery, etc. She captured the new skills very easily as she was interested in Art.

w Present Status After completion of training she started

her own business in Fashion Designing. Initially she started on a very low budget. She is willing to expand her business in future with new machinery.

w Family Background Mr. Harjindarsingh son of Mr.

Mahindarsingh Sandhu was born in shahidpura, Nanded. He is from poor family, consist of 6 person. His father is a retired person & He is the elder son of family with one sister & two brothers. He does not acquire any skill for self- employment. He had completed his education upto 12th class & was unemployed.

w Contact with MITCON Harjindarsingh saw an advertisement

in the newspaper & local TV channel regarding the training program being conducted by National institute of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises through its partner institute MITCON. It was entirely free course. He approached MITCON’s office, submitted the application intending to take part in training after discussion with the programme coordinator. He appeared for interview before the selection committee. The committee selected him for training programme.

w About Training Program After joining the course Harjindarsingh

has shown keen interest in learning. During the training period he has been given knowledge about two wheeler servicing, tools required for repairing, information about various parts of two wheeler viz. ignition, carburetor, clutch plate, gear box, cylinder block, piston, etc.

w Present Status He worked hard to get perfection in what

he was learning. After the completion of training, his self-esteem level has gone up. He was searching for good job opportunity. He attended some interviews for a job. He was selected by “Bajaj Service Station” at Nanded as a “Service Advisor”. Now he is earning a good salary and giving support to his father. They all expressed thanks to the Ni-MSME & MITCON.

w Family Background Surekha Vijayakumar Wattamwar

daughter of Subhashrao lives in Nanded, which is a developing city in Marathwada region. Earlier her family used to be migrating from one place to another for the sake of livelihood. They used to work in some farm on daily wages.

w Contact with MITCON One day they came across a handbill

distributed MITCON about free training programme on two wheeler repairing. Then the field staff of MITCON created awareness regarding importance of entrepreneurship skill development programmes being conducted which was sponsored by National institute for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, and the various skills being imparted. With her parents’ permission, Surekha decided to join the programme.

w About Training Program After joining the course, she was alert in

learning the two wheeler repairing skill. She worked hard to get perfection in what she learnt. This was an entirely free course conducted by the Ministry of MSME with MITCON as partner institution. The topics she was taught included two wheeler servicing, tools required for repairing, information about various parts in two wheeler etc. After completion of the course the Ministry of MSME had issued a certificate for her future need.

w Present Status At present she is working in Bajaj Service

Station as operator. Now she is earning substantially & assisting her family economically.

Now all her family members are very happy. They express sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Ni-MSME and MITCON for giving such opportunity to learn two wheeler repairing skill which has turned her entire life.

w Family Background Mr. Sandip Subhashrao Ratnaparkhi was

born in Tarodanaka village in Nanded since last 12 years. He is from middle class family, consist of four person. He has one sister & one brother who is working as a medical representative. His father was expired in his childhood. Being elder son Sandip was handling all responsibilities of his family. After completing graduation in science, he could not get job, and was trying hard for wage employment. He had a desire to support family economically & make the family financial sound.

w Contact with MITCON In the month of Nov. 2010 one officer

visited his colony and took an awareness camp to make all the villagers aware about “Two Wheeler Repairing Course”. Sandip also participated in that camp with a hope to achieve his dream. He came to know that thetraining program is going to start very soon in which he could learn some skill of repairing. This training Program of

Entrepreneurship Development Programme at Takoda Naka Village was absolutely free. After getting the information, Sandip approached to the coordinator of Institute. The information about the training program and the benefits that would grow out of it was fully clarified to Sandip and he was asked to submit his application on the prescribed format along with documents, photograph. He was counseled by selection committee & was selected to undergo the training programme.

w About Training Program The topics he was taught included two

wheeler servicing, tools required for repairing, information about various parts of two wheeler etc. He got thorough knowledge of two wheeler parts & maintenance. He was able to get job in Ujwal Enterprises Pvt. Ltd with a designation of ”Spare Part Manager”. Currently he is earning substantially.

Mr. Sandip is thankful to Ni-MSME and the MITCON for training and guidance.

w Family Background Overall four member are living in Sayeed

PeersabJilani’s family in Nanded since last 20 years. Sayeed has a sister & a brother, who is running computer institute in Nanded. Sayeed had not interested in studying but he wanted to have his own business so desire to acquire some skilled education so that he could achieve his goal. He studied upto SSC and stopped his education due to poor financial condition & his attitude & going for daily wages in order to assist his family financially.

w Contact with MITCON In this circumstances, he saw an

advertisement of EDP training in “ Two wheeler Repairing” for the educated unemployed youth which was conducted by MITCON and sponsored by Ni-MSME, It was absolutely free course. MITCON officer illuminated about the importance of training. Sayeed was eager to take admission as it was something that he was searching for a long back. Many people

came for interview but fortunately sayeed was selected for training.

w About Training Program MITCON training contain of topics like

Repairing of different parts like engine, wheels, clutch, brake, ignition coil etc., will entail different processes. Servicing is a process that keeps fit two wheelers by applying grease coatings to bearings. India is the largest manufacturer of two wheelers in the world. This provides a great market potential for two wheeler repair & service units. When he got skill regarding repairing of two wheeler, he was searching for good job opportunity. After completion of the training, his self –integrity level increased. He got an appointment in the “ Bajaj Service Station , Nanded. Now he is working as a “Senior Mechanic” & is very well. He and all his family are conveyed their gratitude for leading a right path of life.

w Family Background Mr. Maroti son of Mr. Shrirang Jegthe is

staying in Kotgal. Kotgal is a small villagein Gadchiroli District. He is staying there with his family having 4 member. His father is a farmer, having 2 acres of farm cultivated.Maroti has passed 12th class. Before training he was working on daily wages. He has a potential to became entrepreneur and has strong desire to acquired skillful knowledge.

w Contact with MITCON The training programme for unemployed

youth were allotted to MITCON institute by Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India. Publicity was given through local newspaper, leaflets, personal contact. After reading advertisement. Maroti approached the coordinator of MITCON. He got information about the “Mobile Repairing” training programme & asked to submit his application in the prescribed format along with required documents, photograph. He was counseled by the selection committee and was found needy & potential person. He was selected to under go the training.

w About Training Program During the course MITCON developed

knowledge of various electronic tools, Telecommunication theme, Electronic theme, Mobile spare parts, mike, speaker, display, fault finding, soldering & desoldring, replacement of accessories, various components, software of mobile. Maroti also showed keen interest in learning. He has got confidence of establishing shop because he has made aware regarding all Govt. procedure of loan, market survey, knowledge of mobile repairing etc. He further added that this one month training program was a too small duration to learn so many technical knowhow, but faculty gave us the best. He successfully came out with completion of the course by gaining a lot of confidence.

w Present Status On the successfully completion of training

programmes, he worked as a “Technician” in mobile repairing shops. Maroti is thankful to Ni-MSME and MITCON for good training and all help.

w Family Background Mr. Sarang Pokale is from Nagpur,

Maharashtra. He is living with joint family consisting of 5 members. After completion of 12th class he was working as an wage employee in a shop. He was from economically poor family & wanted to do job for financial support of family.

w Contact with MITCON One day the training coordinator of

MITCON had distributed handbills of two wheeler repairing training programme & had an awareness camp regarding importance of enterprenurship skill development programme being conducted which was sponsored by Ni-MSME. It was absolutely free course. MITCON officer illuminated about the importance of trainingand the various skill to be imparted. Sarang decided to join the EDP programme. The topics he was taught included two wheeler servicing, tools required for repairing,

information about various parts of two wheeler etc.He has shown keen interest in learning of training. Amaravati, Maharshtra, Mr. Umesh Sahebrao Wardhe is living with his family there. His family livelihood is depending on agricultural land. Umesh’s father was doing job in private company. He has completed his education upto HSC. He had a strong aspiration of having own skilled business.

w Contact with MITCON He came to know through local newspaper

about entrepreneurship & skill training programme on Mobile Repairing conducted by MITCON. This programme was free of cost and was sponsored by Ni-MSME. Looking at the present trend Umesh decided to undergo the mobile repairing training progarmme. He visited MITCON’s office. The programme coordinator made him aware about the importance of this training programme. Umesh completed all the formalities and was selected for the training programme.

w About Training Program During the training programme he took

initiative in learning process. He learnt various types of mobiles, various parts of mobile, its importance and functioning, fault finding & repairing. In this training programme stress on practical knowledge was given. He successfully completed the training programme & gained confidence.

w Present Status After completion of the training programme

w Contact with MITCON One day he came to know from his

friend that MITCON is organizing entrepreneurship & skill development training programme on Mobile Repairing. This programme was free of cost and was sponsored by Ni-MSME. He visited MITCON’s office at Amravati. The programme coordinator gave him information about the training inputs to be imparted during the parogramme. After discussions Sambhaji decided to join the ESDP. After completion of the formatlities he was selected for the training programme.

w About Training Program

During the training programme he showed keen interest in all the learning sessions. He learnt various types of mobiles, various parts of mobile, its importance and functioning, fault finding & repairing. In this training programme stress on practical knowledge was given. At the end of the programme he was fully confident to work independently on various types of mobiles.

w Present Status After completion of training programme

he started his own shop at Anjangaonsurji, Amravati. Initially he started with repairing of mobiles. Gradually he expanded with accessories. In future he wish to take dealership of some mobile companies.

w Family Background Mr. Mangesh Gajbe is son of Ramdasji

who used to work as a peon in school, is now retired from job. handles all economic responsibilities of his family of four members. While Mangesh was studying in second year B.A. he was simultaneously doing a job. But he had a potential to be a good entrepreneur and had keen interest towards video shooting, photography. He had a desire to open a shop of his own so that he could provide good services of photography to all the villagers.

w Contact with MITCON In the month of December 2012, Mangesh

came to know from his friend that MITCON and NI-MSME is implementing training on Digital Photography and Video shooting and thus he joined the training programme. MITCON’s training made him aware of the importance of EDP program in Digital Photography and Video Shooting in future. Mangesh took the decision to join the EDP conducted by them. He submitted all the

documents along with prescribed form. He had been selected through selection committee.

w About Training Program He learned all techniques of Photography

& Video Shooting. He got perfection in various aspects of desktop publishing, basics of Corel Draw, Photoshop, data storage, digital distribution, etc. He successfully completed the course and gained required practical knowledge and improved his skills related to photography thus becoming a professional photographer.

w Present Status His confidence level developed to establish

w Family Background Mr. Shrikant, son of Mr. Subhash Ingle

was born in Wadali village located in Anjangaonsurj, Amravati. Mr. Shrikant completed his education till B.A. second year and owned a Rickshaw. He drove Rickshaw to meet his family expenditures but it was not enough to meet the expenditures of the family. He had keen interest of having his own business and becoming a successful entrepreneur.

w Contact with MITCON He thought of starting his own business

in the mobile field and applied for a loan through District Industries Center (DIC). Unfortunately, his loan was not sanctioned, but he came to know from DIC that MITCON is implementing a scheme through which free of cost entrepreneurship & skill development training being provided to unemployed youth. MITCON is authority made him aware of the importance of his chosen course of “Mobile Repairing”. Due to effective counseling, he was convinced to join the EDP training of “Mobile

Repairing”. He was selected for training and completed the course with keen interest.

w Present Status He got perfection and confidence in

assembly, service and checking circuit, component using proper tools, diagnosis & repair of mobile phones, software and hardware faults, schematics layout diagram proper tips and techniques of small scale enterprises. After completion of training he was able to open a mobile shop seeking financial support from relatives in the name of “Ingle Mobile Repairing and Sales”. Mohan Mutelwar, living here since last ten years was illiterate. Mohan’s elder son has done post graduation in Arts, but his younger son Nishant could not complete his Engineering Diploma in Electronics, as he was more interested in business and thus his father decided to give him skill based education.

w Contact with MITCON In the month of December, Nishant saw

the news about Mobile repairing training being offered free of cost. He decided to undergo the training programme with prior permission of his father. He contacted MITCON’s coordinator and collected information for the same. He was selected through interview for the course of mobile repairing.

w About Training Program This training conducted by MITCON and

NI-MSME was free of cost. Mr. Nishant acquired all the knowledge with full interest

about various electronics tools, electronic themes, mobile spares, microphone, speakers, display, soldering and de-soldering, fault finding, replacement of accessories and components. He successfully completed the course by gaining a lot of confidence of establishing own business.

w Present Status He started own business in the name of

w Family Background Vishal Shriram Bhovate from Uttamnagar

Bhimtekdi, Amravati has been living there for the last 15 years with a family of three members. He is not financially sound and being an elder brother he had to take all the responsibility of his family. He left his education in first year of Arts because he used to go for work in a small photography shop on work contract basis. He wanted to be a good photograbher and thus Vishal always wanted to do something innovative. He started working in that field earlier but did not have the confidence to start a shop.

w Contact with MITCON Vishal saw the newspaper advertisement

regarding the training program being conducted by National Institute of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises through its partner institute MITCON. He approached MITCON’s authority, submitted the application and took part in training after coordination with the programme coordinator. He appeared for interview before the selection committee and was selected through selection committee after completion of all the procedures. He took admission for Digital Photography and Video Shooting batch which was entirely free of cost.

w About Training Program Vishal has learnt various aspects of

w About Training Program During the training progarmme he learned

about Manual Accounting, Computerized Accounting, Company Account, Groups, various Ledgers, Accounting Effects, TDS, Trail Balance, Balance Sheet, etc. Practical knowledge on the software Tally was also organized which helped to understand computerized accounting system. Alongwith technical knowledge about accounting entrepreneurial inputs like entrepreneurial skill, source of finance for starting a venture, market analysis, etc. were also imparted.

At the end of the programme he was able to work independently.

w Family Background Rahul Subhash Tayade is living in a village

Jawara, Tal. Bhatkuli, Dist. Amravati, Maharashtra. His father & mother are farmer who have five acres of cultivated land. Rahul has passed HSC & have completed ITI in diesel mechanic. After completing education he was working in Tata Motors, Pune for four years but due to some family disaster he has return back to his native place. Meanwhile he had developed liking in photography and video shooting. He wanted to do career in this field but had no skill.

w Contact with MITCON One day he came to know that an

awareness camp is being conducted in his village by MITCON on Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Programme in Digital Photography & Video Shooting. As Rahul has liking in this field he participated in the camp. He got information about the training progarmme. He visited MITCON’s office for detailed information. After clarifying his doubts he decided to undergo the training programme. He filled up the prescribed form and completed the

procedure. After interview he was selected to attend the programme.

w About Training Program During the training programme Rahul

got detailed knowledge about indoor & outdoor digital photography, developing of photographs using photo shop, light effects, selecting location, basic and advance knowledge about video shooting, mixing audio and video, giving graphical effects, etc. Entrepreneurial inputs were also imparted during the programme. At the end of the programme he had gained skill in digital photography and video shooting.

w Present Status After completion of training programme

Rahul got that opportunity of job in a Photo Studio in Amaravati. Initially he has accepted the job and earning well to run his family. But in future he wish to start his own business in this field at his native place.

w Family Background Pramod Kailashrao Dahikar lives with his

family in a village Akoli, Dist. Amravati. His Father is a labour worker. Pramod has passed HSC but could not study further because of financial condition of his family. He had to do job. But he was not interested in it. He wanted to be self-employed. He has liking in Photography.

w Contact with MITCON Pramod came to know that an awareness

camp on Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Progarmme in Digital Photography & Video Shooting is being organized by MITCON at his village. Pramod participated in the camp and collected the information about the training programme. He also discussed with the programme coordinator about the inputs. He found the training programme useful to him to do a career. He filled up the form and completed the procedure. He was interviewed and was selected for the training programme.

w About Training Program During the training progarmme he showed

keen interest in learning. He learned

the skill of photography required for a professional photographer. He learned about indoor & outdoor photography, lighting effects, developing photographs using photo shop, skill of video shooting, mixing audio, adding graphical effects, etc. He also learned about entrepreneurship, marketing, communication skill, etc. At the end of the programme he obtained the skill required for a professional photographer.

w Present Status After completion of training programme

Pramod got a job in a studio. He is working sincerely in his job. The employer is happy with his work. Pramod is thankful to MITCON for providing skill training.
