Case Study A Lenovo laptop model no. L-430 has been provided to Advisor (Forest) in October, 2014 for his day-to-day official use. Initially this laptop was issued to E.D (Forest) in October, 2012 and after his repatriation from SAIL, the laptop in question was issued to Advisor (Forest). It has been experienced by Advisor (Forest) that battery bearing model No. N14608 of the laptop is not supporting sufficiently and hence after thorough inspection/check up of laptop, concerned Engineer in C&IT has suggested for replacement of BATTERY. Hence, under the given circumstances, it is requested that replacement of battery may kindly be provided so that laptop could be used more efficiently for day-to-day working.
