Airtherm have recently designed, supplied and installed a complete twin wall stainless steel flue system serving each MHS Adinox ADI LT 200 modulating boiler at Oakham Primary School in Dudley in the West Midlands.

The existing cast iron boilers were removed by the contractor during the Schoolsummer shut-down, working on a tight program the MHS high efficiency boilerswere installed followed by the installation of our flue system. All of the plant wascommissioned in time for the return of the pupils to enter a new begging.

The flue system installed was designed to completely evacuate the productscombustion taking into account for the over-pressure from each appliance. Eachprimary flue incorporated a volume control damper and draft regulator in the eventof unstable operation. The complete system had a 3 0 fall back to the appliance toallow condense to vacate and drain from the flue.
