SOLUTIONFoundapre-lease.Wemitigatedtheriskfortheclientontheirspecbuildingbynegotiatingapre-leaseof55,000SFtoTWW-Bridgestone.Bridgestonevaluedthemodernfeaturesandweworkedwiththemtomaximizetheirinterestinthespace.Infact,understandingtheneedsofthetenantinadvanceempoweredScannell toconstructthepropertytotheirspecifications.
RESULTSuccess.TerrynegotiatedwiththecityofTwinsburgtoagreeonafive-year,50%realestatetaxincentiveforthebuilding,whichassistedinlandingthedealinthethirdbuildingbuiltatCornerstoneBusinessPark.TWWoccupiedtheirnewspaceinSeptember2015.
