Client: The Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery is a popular sports-themed restaurant that opened its first location in 2003. Challenge/Need: Tilted Kilt was looking to streamline its graphic design process, while providing customizable promotional materials to its franchisees, and maintain the integrity of the brand. The challenge was to create a cost-effective process allowing the franchisees easy access to corporate- approved mailers, menus, flyers and other point-of-sale collateral they could personalize for their local store marketing efforts. Franchise owners/ managers can log on 24/7, choose the items desired, modify for local market promotions, proof instantly and order printed materials or download electronic files, all of which pass through corporate for final approval. The process provides each franchisee the ability to easily create and offer seasonal promotions in their market, contain costs and increase speed-to-market. Benefit: Tilted Kilt can create national marketing programs that can be adapted for local markets, without incurring the high costs associated with custom design.
