    Alternative Courses of Action

Invest the P50 million cash in full in treasury Bills

Discuss with the department heads to specify the average spendings ofeach from the past expenditures so that the university can assign a certainamount for their spendings. A budget for each of them.

Invest part of the remaining cash into treasury Bill

Make use of the remaining cash to build profit generating businesses thatthe university can take advantage of.

Do not invest the P50, 000 million cash in treasury Bill and continue withwhat the university used to do.

Conduct a thorough research of the Cashier if there are any conspiraciesthat he has been doing because of his strong resistance to the opinion.

Maybe that he does not agree because he is the sole responsible of the cashof the whole university and that any transaction may be created as fraud byhim.
