CASE STUDY: San Jordi Hotel Company (Universal Hotels)
The implementation of Navihotel allows us to have a complete control of all the information of the
company in real time.
Well managed holiday hotels, located at the seafront, with nice
staff, family environment and affordable. Universal Hotels offers
holidays with the guarantee of having a good time. As company
owner of the tour operator Universal Air Tours, specialized in
Mallorca, they established the Swiss quality standards together
with the Mediterranean charm.
They are prepared for holidays full of activity and for relaxing
holidays, for couples and people who come alone, for groups and
families. Also prepared for athletes, hikers, people in search for
some culture, wine lovers and old people, because they know the
needs of their different clients and work in accordance to them in
order to give the most out of their stay.
They own 9 hotels and one apartments-hotel, all of them in the
Island of Mallorca.
SITUATION A global chance that would allow the organization to make a
transition that would at the same time allow them to increase their
productivity via the implementation of new technologies was
needed.
The computer system they had was tailored to their needs but with
time it became obsolete. NAVIHOTEL was the solution chosen by
the administration and Sistemas de Gestion the partner in the
market with better references which would back the project.
