Introduction to the WorkshopLearning by the case method is enjoying increasing acceptance, especially in pre-mier B-schools as it adds an experiential dimension to the learning process and instills confidence and the experience that students require to make appropriate business decisions. Students today demand an active role in the learning process and cases provide a platform for intellectually stimulating discussions.

Case writing also adds vibrancy to the intellect of the teaching and business profes-sionals as it adds value to their professional growth. For academicians, writing and publishing cases enriches their knowledge and creates respect among the students.
