CaSPA (Catholic Secondary Principals Australia) is the peak national body for Principals of Catholic Secondary Schools in Australia.

The key objectives of CaSPA are:• To contribute to the development of national education policy and

practice in Australia;

• To support improved education outcomes for Australian secondary students including those who are socially, economically or educationally disadvantaged;

• To support the professional development of principals of Catholic secondary schools and others;

• To provide training and educational opportunities such as conventions, forums and other meetings.

In July 2018 we expect to welcome well over 300 school principals (from both primary and secondary settings) of Catholic schools across Australia to beautiful, tropical Cairns in Far North Queensland. Our conference is entitled, ‘Tropical and Topical – Leading in Diverse Times’. The organising committee is delighted to offer you the opportunity to support our bi-annual national Conference.

Along with our conference participants, we will welcome a range of engaging and topical guest presenters. The Conference will be held in the internationally renowned Cairns Convention Centre which will provide outstanding facilities for the delegates as well as generously appointed spaces for our conference sponsors.

Sponsors participate on the understanding that:• Sponsorship monies will facilitate towards the successful planning and

promotion of the conference in addition to subsidising the cost of management, communication, invited speakers, program, publications, etc.

• Sponsorship exposure and acknowledgement is facilitated by credits in the conference Program.

• Sponsorship monies are not expended on any entertainment incurred which is incidental to the activities of the conference and, on this basis, sponsorship monies are tax deductible.

• Provision for banners, electronics and any other promotional material are the responsibility of the sponsor.

• Colour reproductions will, when printed, be as close to the specified colour as practical.

• Information provided in the Sponsorship Opportunities document is correct at the time of going to print. However, as the document is subject to change, sponsors will be notified of any changes prior to the conference.

• All eligible sponsors will be provided with a contact list of all delegates taking into account privacy policy as requested by some delegates.

• The above sponsorship packages are notional and if your organisation wishes to negotiate a sponsorship package, which better suits your needs please contact us to discuss.

• No exclusivity of product is offered unless negotiated as a major sponsor.

• Any advertising must be provided in the requested format and is the responsibility of the sponsor.

• Accommodation costs are NOT included in these packages. Attending sponsors should arrange their own accommodation requirements as appropriate.

• Sponsorship entitlements are strictly adhered to within the Sponsorship.

• Opportunities offered and accepted by the sponsor unless otherwise agreed in writing with an authorised person.

• A 50% deposit for your sponsorship package will be required immediately to secure your sponsorship.

• Upon receipt of this acceptance form you will be issued with a Tax Invoice and confirmation of your sponsorship.

• Final Payments must be received prior to 2 July 2018.

Cancellation Policy: Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing at least two months before the conference i.e. 15 May 2018, prior to final publications being produced. No refunds will be issued after 15 May 2018.
