Local business sponsorship preferred. Private party donations accepted.

Each donation/sponsorship is priced at a one time payment of $85.00

$35.00 - cast and crew members...$20.00 - model for that month

$5.00 - hair stylist costs $10.00 - photography costs

(cast & crew will also receive rights to photos & one copy of the calendar at the final signing)

$50 - calendar costs

*** if you are donating for yourself, you must still to pay the full $85

PITCHES FOR CAST & CREW

(Not sure how to get started?... Here’s how!)

Step 1.) START with an E-MAIL, this will help warm them up to the pitch, even if you do not hear back within 1 week, they saw your message in their inbox and they might remember seeing it when you give them a call.Example for step 1.) Hello _____! My name is _______, I am with RUDEnation, we are a local group of artists & talent. We are Seeking sponsors in our 2014 charity calendar. This year “bully” breeds & beautiful (tasteful / no nudity) pin up girls come together to support 2 things, local businesses & local animal rescues. 60% of the proceeds will be donated to lo-cal animal shelters including : 30% to Dane County Humane Society / 30% to Shelter from the Storm animal rescue.

We are currently seeking out sponsors for this upcoming years calendar. What this includes for you as a busi-ness owner would be a blocked off space including your company logo, contact information and a 70 word space to explain the details of your business. The photograph that will serve as a back-splash to your advertisement will be taken in your establishment and/or with your products. For those who would like to be a private sponsor, you can choose to support one of the shelters listed above or our crew/cast members.

Step 2.) WARM.. AND COLD CALLING, ((When you are calling a business in efforts to try to get sponsored, be very warm and NOT invasive. Remember, you are the one calling them, not the other way around. Arrange a meeting in person, preferably at their establishment. Once you have done this, your foot is in the door, literally.

Example call (this is very similar to the e-mail because it may help them recognize you) Hello _____! My name is _______, I am calling on behalf of RUDEnation. We are a local group of artists & talent. We are seeking sponsors in our 2014 charity calendar. Bully breeds & tasteful Pin Up come together to sup-port 2 things, local businesses & local animal rescues. 60% of the proceeds will be donated to local animal rescues including : 30% to Dane County Humane Society / 30% to Shelter from the Storm animal rescue. The other portion of proceeds will go back into RUDE for the following years calendar. ((They may say “sounds interesting”, or maybe ask to hear more... caution: others will be DOWN RIGHT ((MEAN, don’t take it personally, for every 7-10 no’s you will get a yes! If they are mean, don’t waste your precious time, don’t be mean back, just politely say ,”have a great day sir/ma’am!” However, if they are pleasant, don’t waste their time. Be certain to get to the point right away... which is.. Meeting at their establishment.

Step 3.) At this point you have your foot in the door, if you do these last few tips you will have a sponsor.. no questions. Business owners will not set up a meeting with someone if they are not serious about getting involved.. they are to busy. It is important to believe in what you are promoting more than anything. Not only are you represent-ing RUDE nation but you are also representing yourself ! Be certain to hit all the important facts and be well prepared to answer ANY questions. Above all else you MUST be presentable and show them you are prepared. Think of it like a job interview (look nice, arrive a little early, be assertive and be enthusiastic about why you are there).

2014 CONTRACT AGREEMENT
