UNIVERSAL CAST IRON BOILER FOR SOLID FUEL ATTACK FD

The ATTACK FD solid fuel cast iron hot water boiler repre-sents modern source of heat with new construction of cast iron heat exchanger. The ATTACK FD boiler can burn coal, coke or wood. The boiler is suitable for central heating systems in flats and houses. Following the actual norm, every output modification has to be equipped with cooling exchanger and safety valve. It is recommended to use moveable grate, if the coke as a fuel is used.

DESCRIPTIONConstructively simple and reliable burner for wood pellets with

output of 6–25 kW, manual cleaning and self-diagnostics of errors. Operation (i.e. ignition and burn-out) is controlled automatically.

The BIOHEAT works on principle of the controlled fuel sup-ply. Wood pellets fall from feeder through supply hose and pipe on the grate to be burned.

The BIOHEAT has electrical ignition to automatically light pellets fallen on the grate. Ignition begins, after burner re-ceives instruction from thermostat.

The BIOHEAT output range of 6–25kW is set from pro-duction. There are three levels of output: 1 (6 kW), 2 (14 kW) and 3 (25 kW).

Selected output level is within operation indicated on dis-play. Output range of three levels: 6–12 kW, 12–18kW and 18–25kW can be set in the advanced menu.

FUELBurner is intended for wood pellet combustion with diam-

eter of 6–10 mm and length of 35 mm.

The ATTACK BIOHEAT burner can be also used for already installed and operating cast iron boilers – not only of the AT-TACK trademark. By the U22 models it is necessary to order the „door UD“ to be changed for the original ones.

DESCRITPTIONStainless steel ATTACK burner works on principle of fuel

-pellet falling from fuel feeder through supply hose and pipe on the grate to be combusted.

Burner works under fully automatic mode, from evalua-tion of heat supply need, fuel supply, electrical ignition, burn-ing-up, burning, shutting-down, burning-out, cleaning and switching to the emergency regime.

Burner output is of the range of 8–30 kW, adjustable by 2 kW.Burner output range of 14–30 kW is set from production. There

are three levels of output: 1 (14 kW), 2 (22 kW) and 3 (30 kW).Output range of three levels: 8–14 kW, 14–22kW and 22–

30kW can be set in the advanced menu.Burner is cleaned automatically – after every burning

out or in particular time intervals, set by the user, the grate is cleaned by automatic movement towards the scraper. Dirts like ash and eschars fall out of the opening of the grate.Burner body, grate, tinplate of ignitor and scraper are made from high quality refractory stainless steel.

FUELBurner is intended and certified for combustion of wood

pellets with diameter of 6–10 mm and length of 35 mm. After feeder exchange it burns different fruit pits and milled ol-ive pits up to the max. size of peach pits. Eventual conversions have to be consulted with producer.
