Tension Gauges are produced intwo sizes and a total of 11different ranges. Measurement isextremely simple. Just placepoint of gauge armperpendicular to the force to bemeasured. Reading can betaken in both directions -clockwise and counter-clockwise. All gauges comeequipped with maximumreading pointer. Maximumreading pointer moves withindicator when testing. It willremain at maximum forcemeasured, enabling user to takereading afterward. No need tolook at dial hand whilemeasuring, thus avoidingreading errors. The solderless connection by wire wrapping technique is now a standard method of makingconnections to terminals in high density electronic equipment. A wire wrapped connection is made bycoiling the wire around the sharp corners of a terminal under mechanical tension. A distinct advantage

of wire wrapping is the ease with which a wire may be removed from a terminal to correct errors ormodify wiring. An unwrap tool is slipped over the terminal, engaging the first turn of the connection.

Rotating the tool, the connection is removed in seconds, without damage to the terminal.

DIAMOND BURNISHERSThese diamond contact burnishing spatulas consist of uniform abrasive diamond particles, set in a specialmetal for precise effective cleaning, polishing and burnishing with minimum pressure, so very little metal isremoved. They apply strong abrasive power, are long lasting and the natural irregular shapes of thediamond particles prevents clogging. It is also used effectively in removing burrs and rough edges of sub-miniature IC's. The contact face will always remain perfectly polished due to the uniformity of thediamond particles.
