POWROLL PRODUCT INFORMATIONDescriptions and Definitions of terms we use to describe our products & services.

PISTON KITSMachine work and installation not included in price.

‘PISTON KIT - STANDARD HI COMP’Stock sized piston w/ taller dome, will increase compression but not displacement. REQUIREMENTS: Installs in place of your stock piston. No boring required, clear-ances should be checked.

‘PISTON KIT - BORE-IN’This kit includes a piston that is larger than stock size that will bore into the stock cylinder sleeve. REQUIREMENTS: Stock cylinder will need to be bored to fit the Powroll piston.

‘PISTON KIT - RE-SLEEVE’Piston size is larger than acceptable limits for stock sleeve. A larger sleeve is included with these kits. REQUIREMENTS: Stock cylinder will need the sleeve removed, the cylinder bored to fit the Powroll sleeve, and the Powroll sleeve bored to fit the Powroll piston.

‘PISTON KIT - RE-SLEEVE (Case Mach Req’d)’These kits require a sleeve (see PISTON KIT - RE-SLEEVE above), but the new sleeve is larger than the hole in the cases. REQUIREMENTS: The same procedure as PISTON KIT - RE-SLEEVE above, plus the cases split, then bored to accept the larger sleeve.

STROKER CRANKSStroke work is done on your good crank assembly, we do not have cores or new cranks for exchange.Send in your crank assembly (with all pressed-on parts), we do the work, and send it back to you assembled and ready to install.

‘STROKE’Price shown is for the stroke work on your good stock crank assembly. It does not in-clude ANY parts. If your crank needs a new rod or other parts, these will be extra.

‘BORE & STROKE COMBINATION’This is a kit including the Piston Kit, plus stroke work. Due to design, the components will not work separately, and are only sold as a kit.

‘STROKE W/ ROD ASSY’‘STROKE W/ TOUGH ROD ASSY’

This price includes the work done on your crank, a new stock rod or stronger ‘Tough Rod’, pin and needle bearing. If other parts (cam sprocket, main bearings, etc) are needed, these will be extra.

‘STROKE W/ TOUGH ROD’This is the stroke work with a stronger rod. Pin, needle bearing and other parts are not included in this price.

CAMSHAFTS

‘BILLET’Made from new material. There is no core required for a Billet cam.

‘HARDWELD (core required)’A hardweld cam is made by adding material to a good stock camshaft.Hardweld Camshaft prices will be listed like this:$175.00 on your good core (#12761), or $255 outright (#12761-22761G)The first price is the cost of hardwelding the cam, this is the price if you send in a good core.The second price (“outright”) is the cost of hardweld work and a new stock camshaft. You will pay this if you do not send a good core. SENDING A CORE?Work will be done on your stock core. Turn around approximately 3 weeks.NOT SENDING IN A CORE?The price you pay will be the “outright” price listed. .

‘HARDWELD (no core required)’Same as above, but no core charge. Do not return your core for credit.

CAM AND ROCKER CORESCores for hardweld must meet Powroll’s standards, and include all pressed-on parts. ROCKER CORES: Damage to the shaft area is not acceptable. CAM CORES: Scoring on the lobes is acceptable. Journal area damage, or damage to the timing sprocket holder is not acceptable. If bearings were included on the Powroll cam, your core must also have the same bearings for complete credit. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all core returns, if no copy is available, send your name and phone number from your original order. Call before sending a damaged core.

SPECIAL ORDERSome items are listed as “special order”, these require additional lead time, a minimum of 3 weeks, sometimes longer. Prepayment may be required.
