Tiger Tank Residential Warranty Tiger Tanks come with a limited seven (7) year Warranty for the original home owner, provided that they are correctly and competently installed and used for heating and/or storage purposes of potable water only.

• Compensation when proved justifiable (to be assessed by KVC Industries)• 100% when the defect occurs within 7 years after date of invoice (one year for parts)

Seven (7) year limited tank replacement warranty and One (1) year limited parts warranty. We will repair or replace any component, supplied or manufactured by KVC Industries, that is found to be defective, for a period of seven (7) years from date of manufacture (one year for parts), if it is within the “Terms and Conditions” of this warranty, and in compliance with the original manufacturer’s warranty. Terms and conditions: 1. This warranty is VOID if:

A. The appliance is not installed and serviced by a licensed and trained Heating Technician.B. The installation is not in accordance with this manufacturer’s manuals, local codes, and regulations.C. Tank leaks are a result of corrosive effects caused by abnormal water conditions or outside the following water chemistry requirements:

• Tank water with PH levels outside the limits of 6.0 to 8.0.• Tank water with Chloride levels (ppm) outside the limits of 0 to 80.

D. The external heat source does not provide and ensure required flow through the tank heat exchanger when the boiler is on.E. Deformation occurs due to freezing, improper storage or handling, improper firing or firing without water.F. Any repairs or replacements made without authorization by or notification to the manufacturer.

2. This warranty is valid ONLY to the original owner, at the original installation site. The warrant is NOT transferable.3. The warranty assumes the proper use and care of the appliance and does not cover improper installation, neglect or abuse of the product.4. Tank replacement warranty covers only the tank for leaks caused by corrosive effects of water under “normal conditions” within the water chemistry limits.5. KVC Industries is not responsible for reimbursement for labor, fuel, or punitive damages caused by the operation or failure of the equipment.6. This warranty does not cover the labor and shipping costs associated with installing a repaired or replaced indirect water heater or storage tank.7. Decision of warranty repairs or replacements will be at the discretion of KVC Industries or it’s authorized service representative.8. To validate warranty for each installed water heater the installer/contractor has to fill in a registration document/warranty card containing:

• Serial number of the installed water heater.• Date of installation• Name, address of the home owner/purchaser• Name, address, contact details of the installer/contractor

9. Warranty cards or registration document must be received by KVC Industries within 90 days of installation to be eligible for warranty.
