Trailer Assembly – Without Fixture & Welding

The tractor and trailer chassis were cut out from pipe material, bent and then assembled using tabs

and slots with just minor welding, without requiring any complicated and expensive welding fixtures.

Only simple positioning fixtures are required. The fixtures can be made in-house at the required time

quickly and inexpensively.
