MachineBlast MachineOur suction system dry blasting cabinet employs a high-pressure air line and
another abrasive feeder line, both connected to a nozzle or gun type devices.
Applications for our suction system dry blasting cabinet are virtually limitless.
This includes cleaning, deburring, decorating, deflashing, etching, finishing,
honing and peening. Its system is utilized a variety of abrasives.
Vibratory Finishing Machine is a working bowl loaded
with mass mixture of parts, media, compound and water.
High frequency is generated between the base and the
working bowl by employing vibratory motor along with the
spring force. Due to constant abrasive action, mass mixture
provides uniform processing on work pieces to achieve the
required surface treatment quality
Capacity : 100 L, 200 L, 300 L, 450 L, 600 L, 900 L
Rotary Finishing Machines are used for polishing various sizes of
parts and components including all kinds of components ( ferrous
metal, nonferrous metal and nonmetal ) It can improve the surface
quality of the components and can be widely applied to polish a
large quantity of spare parts. It also can be equipped with frequency
converter for stepless control purpose and also be equipped with
break motor.
