Baya, la cuchara hidráulica o bivalva de 3º generación, ha sido probada en numerosas ocasiones con el fin de mejorar sus paráme-tros de perforación, que son las mejores del mercado a día de hoy.Combina las ventajas de las mecánicas (versatilidad) y el Kelly system (rendimiento y calidad).

UtilizaciónPueden ser utilizados para la construcción de muros pantalla o paredes prefabricadas, pilas rectangulares, etc. Baya perfora a gran profundidad en una gran variedad de terrenos (desde sedimentos a arenisca con Rc 100 bar).

VersatilidadSu montaje es rápido, así como el desmontaje, gracias a su sistema Cardan y su kit de transporte rápido. Baya tiene un amplio rango de profundidad de perforación: desde 500 a 1.500 mm, y de longitud: desde 2.700 hasta 4.200 mm, gracias a sus elementos rápidamente intercambiables.

RendimientoGracias a su capacidad de penetra-ción y a su fuerza de cierre, la energía de Baya permite perforar con mayor rapidez y en terrenos más difíciles. Baya puede entrar en la zona de perforación muy rápida-mente o vaciar su cubo de agua por encima de un camión con facilidad. El giro automático, además, permite una mejor verticalidad. Los cazos de la Baya están equipados con un cincel que permite una mejor penetración en terrenos duros.

SeguridadLos sistemas de montaje de los diferentes elementos son simples y rápidos, garantizando el trabajo con seguridad.

Baya is the 3rd generation of hydraulic grab and has been tested several times in order to improve the drilling rates, which are the best available of the market, today. It combines the advantage of the pendular grab (versatility) with the Kelly system (performance and quality).

UseBaya can be used to construct diaphragm walls or prefabricated walls, cut off diaphragm, oblong piles etc… Baya drills up to great depth, into a large range of grounds (silt to strong sandstone with Rc 100 bar). Clients use Baya where they used hydromill before.

VersatilityIts erection is quick, and so is its dismounting with its cardan system and its quick transport kit, which allows carrying the boom elements at the same time. Baya has a large range of drilling width from 19.7’’ to 59’’ and a large range of drilling length from 106.3’’ to 165.4’’, thanks to the fast interchangeable elements.

PerformanceThanks to its penetration coefficient and its closing force, Baya’s energy is the most powerful in the world, and allows drilling into harder grounds or drill more quickly. Thanks to its Kelly and motorised turning joint, Baya can go into the drilling trench very quickly or can empty its bucket above a truck very easily. Finally, the automatic half turn allows having a better vertica-lity. Baya’s clamshells are all equip-ped with one chisel allowing better penetration into hard grounds.

SafetyThe assembling systems of the different elements are simple and quick, assuring work with safety.
