The V-200 Series features the most advanced and costeffective self-cleaning screen filtration technology availabletoday. Ideal for flow rates from 7m3/hr to 50m3/hr(30 gpm to 220 gpm), the V-200 Series offers a costeffective solution for automatic filtration down to 10 micron.
The V-Series™ patented Bi-directional HydrodynamicDrive (BHD) mechanism used in the V-200 is the mostefficient and simplistic design available resulting in:• fewer moving parts• simpler controls• the lowest flush flow rates and volumes available• no power required• multiple pass cleaning• limited maintenance requirements
Constructed of glass reinforced acetal, glass reinforced nylonand/or 316L stainless steel, the inherently corrosion resistantmaterials of the V-200 Series ensure a long service life undera wide range of water quality conditions.
The 10 to 15 second flush cycle is automatically initiatedwhen a pressure differential across the screen increases to amaximum of 0.5 bar (7 psi). The filter remains on-lineduring the cleaning process. The flush discharge is thelowest available resulting in minimal waste.
Process water, cooling tower filtration, pre-filtration ofmembrane, irrigation, or wherever suspended solidsare removed down to 10 micron are applicationsperfectly suited for the V-200 Series.
When installed with a battery operated controller andvalve, the filtration system operates completely withline pressure without requiring any electricity. The idealsolution for remote filtration applications. (Solar optionis available).
