Circulating Oils are high quality straight mineral

oils made from high viscosity base oils. They have

good oxidation and rust protection.

Circulating Oils prevent against rust and

corrosion, and give good resistance to wear and

oxidation. They resist foaming.

Circulating Oils are used for circulating the

lubrication of gears, bearings and general

machine lubrication where straight mineral oils

are recommended. They are available in a wide

range of viscosities.

Hydraulic Oils are manufactured for use in both stationary and mobile high-pressure hydraulic systems to protect against wear. Hydraulic Oils are recommended for use in machine tools, plastic injection molding equipment, industrial circulating and industrial hydraulic systems, construction equipment hydraulics and hydraulic systems that have piston, gear or vane pumps.

Industrial Gear Oils are extreme pressure gear

index base oils and blended with special

additives.

Industrial Gear Oils have good anti-wear, anti-

Industrial Gear Oils are suitable for all types of

enclosed gear drives with circulating or splash

lubrication systems.

Synthetic Chain Oil is a heavy duty, long lasting oil for chains operating

in wet environments. The anti-wear and adhesive properties of this

product assure extended lubrication cycles and longer chain life.

synthetic base fluid and additives that penetrate and adhere

tenaciously to the metal into the chains and rollers. In addition,

Multi-Purpose Engine Oils are recommended

for exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) engines,

naturally aspirated and turbo charged diesel

engines and petrol. They can also be used in a

certain types of compressors where the

Automatic Transmission Fluid is for use

where manufacturers calls for a Dexron III

fluid.

It is blended from synthetic base oils, which

have been fortified with anti-wear anti-

oxidant, anti-foam, anticorrosion and

viscosity index improvers together with

friction modifiers. This blend of

components gives high levels of

performance and long service life.

CV Joint Grease

CV Joint Grease is a high quality heavy duty

grease intended primarily for automotive

universal joints applications. Excellent

adherence and high temperature

characteristics ensure proper lubrication of

moving parts at all times. It is particularly

suitable for applications involving oscillating or

limited relative motion and where fretting

corrosion is likely to occur. Such applications

include chassis lubrication and grease

lubricated universal joints with a wide

operational temperature range.

Aluminium Anti-Seize is ideal for all metals.

Prevents seizing, galling, pitting, excessive

wear, and corrosion. The lubricating

formulation is a protective paste

consisting of fine flakes of graphite

suspended in a blend of lubricants and

oils.

Copper Anti-Seize is a premium grade industrial high temperature anti-seize and assembly compound for all static threaded components and mechanisms. Made from high quality copper micro powder, fortified with extreme pressure and anti-wear additives, it is designed to facilitate tightening and dismantling of threaded connections. Selected solid additive chemistry ensures lubricant protection to all metal surfaces on threaded components that are subjected to high load, temperatures and wet or corrosive environments, creating a permanent protecting shield.

Nickel Anti-Seize is a premium grade industrial anti–seize compound, made from high quality sub–micron nickel powder and fortified with extreme pressure and anti–wear additives. Selected solid additive chemistry ensures lubricant protection to all metal surfaces on threaded components that are subjected to high load, temperature and wet or corrosive environments, creating a permanent protecting shield.

Zinc Anti-Seize is a smooth mixture of zinc dust and petrolatum compound to prevent seizing and corrosion within metal joint assemblies. Recommended for aluminium and aluminium alloys. Protects against corrosion through the electrochemical "Galvanizing" properties of the zinc dust on both aluminium and ferrous metal

(iron) components.


PURE FOOD GRADE ANTI-SEIZE is a high quality PTFE enhanced anti-

seize, which is odourless and non-toxic. This product has excellent

lubricating properties and exceptional water resistance.

The harmful attack of corrosive acids found in food substances

within the equipment are protected against when using this

product. The anti-seize is specifically designed for the strict

conditions found in the Food/Beverage industries where incidental

contact can occur.

PURE FOOD GRADE ANTI-SEIZE is used on conveyors, gears, slicers,

chains, nuts, bolts screws, all metal-to-metal surfaces in order to

prevent seizing, rust, wear and corrosion.

Neat Cutting Oil Grinding Fluid Soluble Cutting Fluid

Neat Cutting Oil is a low viscosity, extreme

pressure straight cutting oil designed for gear

cutting, tapping, general cutting work etc.

Neat Cutting Oil has very good load-carrying

characteristics and lubrication qualities that

enable it do many forms of tool work on materials

with low machinability ratings.

This product will not stain copper alloys, ferrous

metals or copper.

Soluble Cutting Oil is a general-purpose semi-

synthetic, nitrate-free phenolic-free, bio-stable soluble

oil. This product contains emulsifiers, corrosion

inhibitors, foam suppressants and other functional

additives to impart the necessary performance for this

category of product. It can be used on ferrous and

non-ferrous metals in a wide variety of applications. In

general all metal removal operations, cooling and

machine tool lubrication is required.

Grinding fluids are designed to provide cooling

and prevent metal build-up on grinding

wheels. Their characteristics include thermal

and chemical stability, rust protection (soluble

fluids), preventing gummy deposits upon

evaporation and a safe flashpoint for the work

performed.

Calcium Complex 2 Grease Calcium Sulphonate Grease

Calcium Sulphonate greases are a premium family

of greases formulated with advanced calcium

Sulphonate thickener technology. The calcium

Sulphonate thickener carries both inherent rust

protection and extreme pressure (EP) properties.

Compared to conventional soap-base thickeners

(i.e. lithium, aluminium, calcium soaps), the

calcium Sulphonate thickener used in Calcium

Sulphonate excels in water saturated

environments, providing rust protection between

long re-lubrication intervals. The inherent EP

properties exhibit great stability in the presence

of water, allowing a balance between wear

protection and resistance to corrosion.

Electric Motor Bearing Grease Flake Roller Grease


Block Grease

Block Grease is a soda-based grease of high drop

point for use on plain trunnion bearings and

similar heavily loaded applications. This product is

economical in use as it resists glazing and thereby

ensures uniform feeding of lubricant.

Block Grease is used on plain bearings in general,

particularly those equipped with a grease cavity

or well, also on trunnion bearings. The block is

placed on the top half of the trunnion journal. The

sweeping motion of the journal on the block

grease lubricates the bearing

Calcium Complex 2 is a calcium soap based grease

containing special additives to provide extreme

pressure properties for extra protection against wear

and heavy shock loads. It meets and exceeds SKF

Emcor washout tests and can be described as a multi

service grease which is available in all NLGI grades.

This may be used in all types of anti-friction and plain

bearings, including those subjected to oscillatory

movement through limited angles. Due to the good

adhesiveness, it is suitable for miscellaneous

components such as gears, cams, slides etc.

Electric Motor Bearing Grease is a smooth-textured lubricant

containing anti-rust, anti-oxidant and extreme pressure additives,

with an NLGI No.2 consistency.

It is particularly recommended for anti-friction bearing lubrication.

The major advantage over other greases is the high temperature

performance and long lubrication life. This grease offers excellent

performance in all types of bearings under a wide range of operating

conditions.

This grease exhibits excellent water tolerance and mechanical

stability, combined with excellent high temperature performance.

Normal operating temperature range is from about -20C to 160ºC,

when operating at continuous high temperature, re-lubrication

intervals should not exceed seven (7) days.

Flake Roller Grease is made using a blend of high quality petroleum oils and

polymers, which produce a tough lubricating film capable of withstanding shock

and vibration. This product is designed for heavy-duty service in adverse

environments. This blend, together with a shear stable thickening system,

provides a uniquely effective seal against loss of grease or contamination from

the atmosphere, even where mechanical seals may be damaged. Reduced

friction, attributable to the solid lubricants, is most evident under boundary

conditions. This benefit is mostly seen where frequent start-up, slow speeds, or

high and unexpected loads are encountered.

FLAKE ROLLER GREASE is recommended for use in ball and roller bearings, slides,

bushings, screws and general lubrication, even where loads may be quite heavy

and speeds slow. This grease offers durable resistance to the severe

environments of the mining, construction and forest products industries.

Bentonite Moly 2 Grease (BM 2)

BM2 High Temperature Greases are

intended primarily for the lubrication of

heavily loaded slow speed bearings and

sliding feet subjected to high ambient

temperatures. BM2 HIGH TEMPERATURE

GREASES are based upon mineral oils and

Bentonite clay thickeners, with the

addition of molybdenum disulfide solid

lubricant to provide protection when

subjected to heavy or shock loadings. It is

also useful for the lubrication of chains,

swivels and shackles to prevent scuffing.

Food Grade Grease

Food Grade Grease is a premium quality

Lithium based thickener, manufactured with

pharmaceutical white oil, incorporating anti-

rust, anti-oxidant and mild extreme pressure

additives. All ingredients used in the

manufacture are permitted substances for the

preparation of lubricants, where incidental

food contact may occur.


Graphite Grease

Industrial Greases

Graphite Grease is a premium quality adhesive

lubricating grease, containing finely dispersed

graphite powder. The product is recommended for

applications where water washing/contamination

may be a problem. It provides good protection

against rust, corrosion and shock loading. The

graphite reduces friction, prevents seizure and acts

as a reserve lubricant if the grease runs off due to

overheating. Typical uses are in pump glands, open

gears, pins, bushes and linkages and on screw

threads for prevention of seizing.

Grone Grease

Grone Grease is an adhesive calcium-based

lubricating grease, which is blended with water-

repellant additives and a blend of heavy oils. It

is a particularly adhesive grease that, when

applied to drilling rods, lubricates whilst boring

into the earth. The adhesion of the Grone

G ease eli i ates a y th ow-off f o the ods during boring/drilling operations. Grone Grease

is ideally suited for the lubrication of all types of

drilling rods in the diamond, coal and base-

mineral extraction and exploration.

Multi-Purpose Grease (LEP 2)

LITHIUM EP 2 Multi-Purpose Grease is high-quality multi-purpose lithium based grease made from a blend of solvent refined oils and incorporates multi-functional extreme pressure additives, as well as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. It is resistant to water and high pressure steam and is suitable for operating temperatures between -15C and 130C. LITHIUM EP 2 GREASE is designed for use in highly loaded plain and roller bearings as well as for shock loading conditions in steel mills. It is suitable for use in the full range of bearing speeds encountered in machines, wood working tools, production equipment, textile and paper-making industry, generators and all types of vehicles.

Wheel Bearing Grease (LEP 3)

Wheel Bearing Grease is a medium NLGI 2 automotive passenger grease that provides excellent lubrication for all types of ball roller bearings, wheel bearings as well as general purpose grease points. This grease also contains anti-rust, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidant inhibitors. This product is recommended for use in passenger automotive wheel bearings, steering boxes, propeller shafts, universal joints and general chassis lubrication on all types of cars.

Lithium Complex Red

Lithium Complex is an extreme pressure

unleaded lithium complex based grease

suitable for electric motor bearings,

wheel bearings and for use as chassis

grease. This product is also suitable for

CV joints; pins and bushes, electric and

pump motors.

Pin & Bush/(LM 2)

Pin & Bush Grease is a synthetic heavy duty

grease with extremely good thermal stability,

outstanding water wash out characteristics,

excellent adherence to impart sealing

protection and incorporates Molybdenum

Disulfide, synthetic graphite particles and

Molybdenum Dithiocarbomate which form a

tenacious and extremely resistant film on

metal thus reducing wear and friction.

Polyurea Grease

Polyurea Grease is a multi-purpose high-speed high

temperature grease that does not contain lead or

any other heavy metals considered to be harmful to

the environment or harmful to humans. POLYUREA

GREASE is suitable for the lubrication of slides,

racks, electric motor bearings, pumps, oven

conveyors and dryer bearings and any other

applications where high temperatures and high

rotation speeds are present. This lubricating grease

can be used in seal for life applications.

Open Gear Dressing

OPEN GEAR DRESSING is an adhesive and cohesive

open gear lubricant formulated with a blend of

high viscosity petroleum products, fortified with

selected additives to provide protection on

working surfaces against wear, extreme pressure,

shock loading, rust, corrosion and ageing.

It is recommended for the lubrication of open

gears, some enclosed gears, industrial chains and

wire ropes where preheating before application is

not practical.

Reduces operational cost by extending lubrication

intervals.

Rock Drill Grease

Rock Drill Grease is an adhesive black grease,

which contains anti-wear, anti-corrosion and

extreme pressure additives. The grease is

resistant to severe water wash and lubricates

effectively in wet conditions. This grease

adequately protects, in its entirety, all front end

parts. Due to the small gap between the end of

the water tube and the water inlet of the drill

shank, water under pressure passes between

this gap into the chuck-nut and between the

spli es of the pisto . Washi g off of the lubricant may occur, with resultant corrosion

and rusting of the piston splines. This condition

is most destructive to the wearing surfaces of

the chuck-nuts. ROCK DRILL GREASE is highly

resistant to water washing.

Super Impact Grease

Super Impact Grease is a high temperature,

multi-purpose grease that has specially

engineered performance additives to provide

superior EP and high temperature properties.

The non-melting, inorganic Bentonite clay

thickener gives this grease excellent high

temperature performance and a wider operating

temperature range than most soap based

greases. This grease is formulated with high

quality, synthetic base stocks which provide

outstanding oxidation stability. SUPER IMPACT

GREASE is also fortified with high performance

additives enabling the grease to withstand heavy

impact and pounding pressures from heavy

equipment while keeping the grease in place and

not spattering out of the bearing or fitting.

Drill Rod Thread Grease

Marine Grease Red Rubber Grease has excellent compatibility with rubber seals and components in brake systems. Recommended in the lubrication of O-rings when assembling pneumatic cylinders, and rubber boots on hydraulic braking systems. Filling rubber boots on hydraulic braking systems, which require the performance of a brake fluid compatible grease. This product is also suitable for the lubrication of natural or SBR rubber components.

Drill Rod Thread Grease is a lead free, heat

and water resistant lithium based grease

containing lubricating solids. It helps to

effectively lubricate sliding surfaces

operating under heavy loads at low speeds in

wet, hot or dusty conditions. Drill Rod Thread

Grease is recommended as a thread lubricant

for the arduous conditions in the

earthmoving and drilling industry.

Marine Grease is a heavy duty lubricating grease, specially formulated to offer superior resistance to water and enhanced resistance to corrosion. Extremely adherent to metal surfaces it will repel water, protecting against shock loading. Recommended for the severe conditions encountered in the marine and nautical environment. It offers excellent protection to all parts on boats, requiring grease lubrication .

Anti-Freeze contains a balanced mixture of corrosion inhibitors. This product protects metals in engine cooling systems from corrosive attack, extends engine life by ensuring efficient cooling, does not affect rubber gaskets or hoses, keeps the engine from heat-absorbing sludge and scales and because it is in liquid form it is easy to apply. ANTI-FREEZE/SUMMER COOLANT is particularly effective in preventing corrosion in engine cooling systems. It protects in hot and cold fresh water and it contains an anti-incrustant to prevent deposition on hot surfaces and keeps the waterways in radiators clear.

Bitumen is a non-crystalline viscous material,

black, which is substantially soluble in carbon

disulphide, possessing adhesive and water-

proofing qualities.

Bitumen is commonly used in road surfacing,

and some industrial applications.

Bitumen Block Graphite Powder

Graphite Powder is a form of carbon having a thin, flat, crystalline structure. It is a natural resource which can also be manufactured from petroleum, coke or anthracite.

Graphite Powder can be used for the purpose of providing high temperature lubrication for a variety of industrial products.

Propylene Glycol

Propylene Glycol, is used in the production of a

wide variety of products, including such diverse

commodities as polyester resins, engine

coolants, latex paints, heat transfer fluids and

dicing compounds. It also meets requirements

for application in liquid cleaners, lubricants,

plasticizers and cement grinding additives. It is

employed as a solvent, heat transfer medium,

or as a chemical intermediate, taking advantage

of its reactive hydroxyl groups.

Rust Preventative Fluid (Wax – Based) is a solvent-based rust preventative liquid compound and is intended for use in various types of corrosive environments both indoors and outdoors, which require long-term protection. The protective film is often useful for the protection of castings, pipes and similar ferrous metal components during plant construction and also for long-term storage and shipment of other parts and assemblies.

Silicone Grease is an opaque/translucent

paste with excellent water repellency,

insulating properties, dielectric strength,

good adhesion to metals and ceramic

materials, and resistant to a large variety of

chemicals.

It can be used in many fields due to the

number of useful properties as well as its

thermal stability and heat resistance.

White Petroleum Jelly (also known as White

Petrolatum) has no taste or odour a d it’s high pu ity and inertness make it the basis for most requirements
