PLAN YOUR GRADUATION PHOTOSUniversity of Canterbury graduation week will be held in April or December each year. There will be hundreds of students graduating at these times. Making an early booking to your trusted photographer is highly recommended.
GRADUATION DAY TIPSAlways wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Thicker cloth during April graduation and looser cloth during December graduation. Get some safety pins. Most likely, you will need to pin your hood to your gown or shirts.
PHOTO SHOOT SESSIONDue to mainly venue and regulation restrictions, we may not be able to cover your ceremony photo unless we have enough informations and access to the ceremony. So, you can either make photo shoot bookings before or after the ceremony. Some clients may choose to have their photos taken on different day.

1. CONTACT USYou can contact us in person, via e-mail or over the phone to show your interest in any of our services and products.
Although it is not required, you can help us to speed up the process by filling in the attached form when meeting us in
person. Our clients are our primary concerns and we are happy to arrange for an appointment with you to discuss
about the photo shoot or our offered products if needed. Generally, we will need to arrange the booking time and place,
and any possible information for our photo products. When both parties are satisfied with the service and product, we
will issue you an invoice (printed or attached to your email at your choice).
2. PHOTO SHOOTIf you agree to the issued invoice, you will need to notify us two days after the invoice has been issued. We will send
one of our photographers to the location on the specified date. If the weather is not permitting (for example, rain or
snow), we are happy to arrange a new photo shoot session with you.
3. PAYMENTWe want to give our clients the flexibility on top of satisfaction of our services and products. Therefore, you can pay us
anytime you want. However, we can only process your photos and other products after we have received the payment.
At the moment, we are accepting cash payment and New Zealand bank money transfer to Mohd Faiz Hasim
(06-0665-0177994-00). We will issue you a reference number and you will need to include it when making online
banking payment.
4. PRODUCT DELIVERYWe can process your order right after we received your payment. For standard package, we can process the DVD in
one day. We would recommend you to pick up directly the DVD from us although we are able to post you the DVD
using NZ Post for additional cost.
All print products will be mailed to your specified address and no pickups is required. The shipping fee is dependent on
product type and shipping location. At the moment, we are able to provide quotations for Malaysia and New Zealand.
