GOtrack allows for remote control of an orchard tractor. The operator does not need to be in the tractor’s seat to operate it. The set allows the user to operate a tractor with a joystick on the operator’s control panel.

Connection is wired or wireless. Gotrack STANDARD allows driving forward, stopping, turning and shutting the engine down. It controls the position of the clutch rod and the brake rod. Starting and stopping the tractor consists in pulling and releasing these rods, as in a typical situation when an operator drives the tractor. The device is individually calibrated for each tractor model, which allows for moving and stopping gently and safely. Steering is possible through the steering wheel drive installed on the steering column between the cockpit and steering wheel rim. Working with the device is very simple and intuitive, as all its functions have been integrated into one joystick on the control panel. Using the joystick one can move and stop the tractor, turn the wheels, shut down the engine and also perform an emergency tractor stop.

The device is compatible with any type of tractor.It was designed for various orchard applications, but is most frequently used for tractors with orchard platforms attached. Some cultivation works in orchards are conducted at the level of 1.5 m above the ground. Orchard platforms attached to a tractor are especially popular for those jobs.

Activities conducted using such sets include:pruning trees, picking fruits, installing trellising and espalier poles, installing hail nets, other overhead cultivation works in orchards.

The sprayer computer is a device for managing the operation of all orchard sprayer actuators, i.e. section valves, main valve, control valve. The computer collects information on the current operating parameters, including liquid working pressure, current liquid delivery (using a flowmeter), liquid level in the tank, sprayer’s moving speed.

The computer is compatible with any sprayer type equipped with an electrically-controlled valve group.e-Spray computer sets entirely new standards for this class of equipment. The operator can use a LARGE, CLEAR, TOUCH DISPLAY representing all operating parameters. A user-friendly and intuitive joystick is used for operating the currently sprayed section. The operator receives ongoing information on any irregularities in the machine’s operation through visual, sound or SMS alarms. A special algorithm, clear user interface and color touch screen ensure reliable and easy operation. Work on the individual plots is possible with the parameters freely configured by the user. This creates programs that are stored in the computer’s memory. The user selects the program for a particular plot. Wireless communication between the computer and the sprayer module ensures that device installation is very simple and does not require inconvenient cabling. The computer is installed in the tractor’s cab, using the mounting kit provided. A valve control module is placed on the sprayer near the valve group. The computer and the sprayer module should be connected to the tractor’s battery. All valves and sensors located in the sprayer are also to be connected to the module.

Line Assist is a device allowing for the tractor to automatically drive parallel to planting rows. This solution allows the user to drive the tractor without the need to control it using the steering wheel. The system detects the space in front of the moving tractor and automatically makes adjustments to the route in order to maintain a constant distance from the adjacent trees and obstacles.This assists the tractor operator by reducing the need to concentrate on the route. The set is useful in activities such as spraying, mowing, working with an orchard platform.Our solution makes work easier, ensuring higher precision and better safety at work. When working at night the optical sensor ensures better detection than the human eye.

The device constitutes and independent set or may supplement other GOtrack remote control products.Installation of the device includes installing an optical sensor axially on the tractor’s hood using the mounting plate provided, installing the steering wheel drive on the steering wheel, installing the control unit close to the operator’s seat using the d10 mounting bracket provided. The central unit is to be connected to the tractor’s battery. Other components of the system should be connected with the cable harnesses provided.

Line assist is the system that is providing parallel driving of the tractor between the rows. It is semi-autonomous driving system to help the driver to operate tractor when mowing, spraying or driving with trailer platform.

GOtrack Line Assist drives the tractor exactly between the rows. Path is calculated on the basis of optical environment measurements that is located in front of the tractor.

The GOtrack GPS system allows autonomous orchard tractor driving. The user configures the tractor’s route by making a pilot drive according to their own preferences. When the route is programed, the tractor autonomously follows the configured route. The GOtrack GPS system has been designed to work with all types of orchard tractors. Equipping a tractor with the GOtrack GPS system allows works such as mowing between rows and spraying to be performed automatically without the operator’s presence. The tractor’s drivability, i.e. moving, stopping, turning, accelerating and slowing down are operated by the GOtrak Plus system. Through the innovative GPS module the system also controls the tractor’s location and records its route. Once recorded, the route may be repeated many times via the system. Data collected during the travel allows for plotting travel maps and generating trip statistics.

The system can also control sprayer operation, if expanded with an e Spray GSM set, turning it on at certain points during the trip.

GOtrack GPS system provides autonomous, driverless steering of the tractor. System is playing back the path which was recorded by the driver for the first time. System is playing back all behaviors of the tractor and machine connected to the tractor. It is perfect for spraying, mowing or planting.
