A love of women, curves, lines and effects of lights have naturally broughtthe French Australian designer MO to focus on fashionable jewellery and accessories, hand made in Australia from precious materials such as goldand silver leaves melted together in translucent resin.

As it is unique, each piece is signed by MO.

Mo's studio is located in Moss Vale, NSW, Australia where each piece is individually handcrafted with time, love and passion.

PRODUCTS INFORMATION

Your order will be sent with MO Labels. Except for our limited editions which prices include boxes, you can have a box for an extra $5.

Our cuffs and bangles are real one-size-fits-all. They come with the instructions for you/your customer to make them to size very easily in 20 seconds.

Our rings are on stainless steel adjustable bases. We offer sterling silver adjustable base option for an extra $14.

The pendants come on stainless steel cable.

The earrings are on sterling silver platinum plated hooks or silver plated clip-ons.Please contact us for gold filled. For some collections, we also have stainless steel studs.

The colours or patterns available are indicated at the end of each range. Please refer to these tables and fill in the colour option reference on your order.

As each item is hand-crafted, it is unique; differences between two similar piecescannot be considered as faults.

The items of the limited editions come in a box with a dedicated leaflet.

TERMS OF SALE

We have no stock and produce to order; therefore, a period of approx 3 weeks have to be expected after full payment. The date of sending will be specified on the confirmation of order.

Our productsAs our jewellery is hand made some minor imperfections or slight differences in colour maybe noticed. These imperfections do not compromise the quality of the jewellery. Each item is unique; differences between two similar pieces cannot be considered as faults. For the same reason, you have to consider 15 working days between your payment and the day we willsend your order.We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.If you have a special request (design, size, gift, …) please contact us and we will come back to you asap with a quote/delay estimation.

OrdersWhen you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact. We will confirm your order by sending you an invoice.The payment of the order is a condition for us tostart the production of your order. There will be no refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Order procedure You can print the Pre-Order Form, fill it, scan it, and send it to us via Email or Mail. You can also email us the ref of the item(s). We will send you a confirmation of order. Postage and HandlingPostage and handling is an additional charge and is indicated on the order form we will send you as a confirmation.

Returns and ExchangesIf an item is faulty please contact us via email so we can confirm the best course of action to take. Sometimes the item may need to be returned to us, if the item returned is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault we will cover the cost of postage. Repair, replacement or credit will be confirmed at our discretion. If the item has suffered damage for any other reason no refund orexchange will be supplied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase it must be returned to us within7 days of receipt, in its original condition for an exchange. You will be required to cover the additional postage costs.
