numerous typical villages at the same time, plus the wonderful sunny weather all year long, the quality of living, the economic prosperity and the durability of such investments because of the continuous increase of price of high-end properties resulting from a scarce offer, the existing environment protection and urban planning policies. The French real estate market is very attractive, since the prices per square meter in Paris and on the French Riviera are lower than those of most of the capital cities in Europe.

The quality of the real estate investment in France has therefore attracted already a large number of

foreign investors, and the market for luxury secondary housing is the most active. The French regulation provides any potential buyer of real estate properties with the possibility to deny

The monitoring of the financing scheme for the investment, well fit to the buyer’s needs is very

The incorporation usually costs from 1,500 to 3,000 Euros, except for more complex structures.The marital

status of married couples buying properties in France will also have an impact on the future transactions related to the acquired property. Proper advice will be given if needed taking into account the international regulations.

WHEN SIGNING THE FINAL DEEDS OF SALE BY THE NOTARY:

The notary is especially in charge of safeguarding the interests of the parties and to establish a safe

contract, being sure at first of the full disposal of the property:

Should it be necessary, the notary will pay such amounts out of the amount of the sale before paying

the seller his share of the transaction. The final deed of removal of any mortgage contracts on the property itself, verifying that all dues and debts of the seller are paid (loans, association dues). sale is an original document signed by the notary and the two parties, the buyer and the seller.

The notary is then responsible of the registry of the contract and will perform with the corresponding

administrations all necessary actions to change the ownership of the property.
