Research and development: R&DThe research and development processes have become a fundamental premise.

QMC is a provider of global solutions, developing innovations and making our clients leaders in their sectors.

latest technological advances.

Numerous projects are developed each year, focussed on the develop-

ment of each sector - natural stone and ceramics, civil engineering,

energy and industrial coatings – through new ways to increase competi-

tiveness. Thus decisive contributions have been made to, the develop-

ment of products for ultraviolet radiation drying , new technical adhesi-

ves and high performance treatments that help to minimise our clients’

production costs. Notable among these is the project to process natural

stone with a microwave system, an entire world-wide revolution that

reduces process times and minimises plant storage areas. Moreover, a

special gel coat which reduces the manufacturing cost by 25% in wind

mill blades, has been developed by Technical Department and is being

implemented already at the Production plants.

Natural stone and ceramics Civil engineering

-

Products that reinforce natural stone and minimise the breakage

index, improving e�ciency and productivity. Products that improve

the finish of natural stone, correcting imperfections, holes and

fissures and improve the shine. Products that protect the surface of

natural stone against various agents – water, oil, acid, grease and

other liquids. Products that aid the installation and gluing of natural

stone, installation of kitchen and bathroom tops, double edges,

repairs.

QMC develops solutions to reinforce, minimise breakage

indices, repair, improve finishes and protect all types of

surfaces.

This division o�ers solutions for Natural Stone and Ceramics

processing companies, mainly for marble and granite unit plants.

Products for coating floorings. Products for repairing walls, structu-

res and floors in buildings, roads, bridges and other structures.

Products to waterproof and protect various types of concrete,

cement, etc, surfaces.

QMC develops solutions for flooring with self-levelling

systems and epoxy/PUR-based paints as well as solutions

for repairing various substrates and materials. Finally, it

also provides solutions to protect against various agents on

many types of surfaces.

Industrial Power

Products for various types of coatings with excellent adhesion, mechani-

cal strength and barrier protection for structures exposed to various

airborne and other agents. High strength anchoring products for fixing

industrial equipment, electrical installations, mechanical installations,

ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary furniture, anchoring brackets for

conduits, etc. It can be applied to substrates such as concrete, cement,

natural stone, steel, aluminium, etc.

QMC develops industrial coating solutions for a wide range

of structures and equipment as well as for road markings.

It also o�ers various solutions for fixing heavy machinery

and other components. Railway protection solutions.

This division o�ers solutions for various industrial sectors.

Products for wind turbine blade production. Products for the complete

maintenance of wind mills.
