Created by my parents, our wine exploitation enables us today to present you the best Cognacs, Pineau and other aromatized liquors of the area. Our field exploits 34 hectares of wine.

Our vineyard is distributed on two names: seven hectares into Grande Champagne, calcareous soil which enables us to obtain fine brandies and floral which improves on the duration. Our Cognacs are produced primarily in this soil. Twenty-eight hectares, into Petite Champagne argilo-limestone soil . Our Pineal of Charentes are resulting exclusively from this vintage. The ugni-white is the type of vine which produces the eau-de-vie and the juice of reason which works out White Pineau. For the development of our Red Pineau, the type of vines are the merlot and the cabernet-sauvignon. Aged out of barrels of oak of the Limousin, our White Pineau is bottled at the end of three years and two years for Red Pineau.

We are home distillers and distil the totality of our production. We have a Charente-native still of 25 hecto barrels and we distil approximately for around four months. Concerning the storage of our brandies, Cognacs and Pineal, we have a storage under wood of one thousand and four hundred hectolitres in the form of barrels.

Our production is marketed by our private limited company Thierry Pouilloux for a part and for another part, we provide the French famous brands of Cognacs what makes our pride.

« Installed between Cognac and Pons, this family exploitation extends its 34 ha of vines on the grounds to dominant limestone of Small Champagne. Privileging the white ugni in its assembly (95%), this pineau charms by the intensity of its scented with amber dress and by the elegance of its bouquet which seems to offer fruits to profusion, greengage with apricot via apple and pear. A fruity character that the mouth does not disavow. Fats, volume and persistence contributed to the undissimulated pleasure of the members of the large jury. In addition, the rosy one of the field obtains a star for its rich red fruit perfumes; to grant in all simplicity with a strawberry cut. »

Our prices are quoted in Euros and are exclusive of VAT, shipment from the winery in Pérignac.

Within the limits of stock available. The poor condition package (broken, missing...) shall be stated in the delivery order and refused. Cash with order (by transfer payment or by cheque to «Thierry Pouilloux SARL »).The company Thierry Pouilloux Sarl reserves the right of proprietorship of the goods until their full payment. In the absence of payment of the price at the agreed limit, the company will be able to take again the goods and the sale will be automatically solved. If payments of goods go into default partially or totally by the day of the delivery, the buyer shall pay to the company Thierry Pouilloux a delay penalty of 15%. This penalty is calculated on the remaining sum due amount net of tax, from the expiration date of the price without no preliminary formal notice being necessary. Avoidance clause: If within the 15 days which follow the implementation of the clause relating to the delays of payment, the purchaser did not discharge the remaining sums, the sale will be automatically solved and will be able to claim the allowance of damages of the company Thierry Pouilloux SARL. The company Thierry Pouilloux Sarl is an affiliated member of an independent recovery organization which implies that the buyer’s VAT and bank references should be forwarded to us before placing the first order.
