METHODPlace all ingredients in a blender andblend until smooth. Great for a post-workout treat!

*remove banana peel and cut intopieces. Place in a plastic baggie andfreeze for at least 3-4 hours or untilfrozen. Do not freeze the bananaswithout removing the peel first!

We love to prep and store a big bag ofchopped bananas in the freezer forsmoothies!

METHODPreheat a large pan on medium-lowheat and lightly coat it with coconut oilcooking spray once hot.

In a small bowl, combine eggs andbanana and mix well. We suggest usingan immersion blender for this to reallyget a smooth "batter," but if you don'thave one, you can also use a fork tomash the banana first, then whisk it alltogether. Pour your batter on the panmaking approx. 4" pancakes and waituntil the edges look done, then flip todo the other side. METHODn a medium non-stick pan, sauteechicken in oil until cooked. Add in bellpepper and onion and stir until cookedand golden. Add taco seasoning andcilantro and let cook for 2-3 moreminutes.
