Custom Simulator & Enomatic Parties

Create a private party designed specifically for your small group centered around Johnny Martin's Car Central’s exclusive Simulators or Enomatic Wine Machine. Contact your

sales coordinator to host a unique and memorable gathering for your group of up to 25 people.

Simulator PackageJohnny Martin’s Car Central can set you on your own victory course. Daytona Speedway, Indianapolis Motor Speedway,

Pikes Peak Hill Climb can all be at your beck and call. A personal attendant will keep you racing safely and you can

choose to have your own racing bracket set for a “friendly” competition as your group enjoys the Johnny Martin’s

experience. Catering will be determined according to your personal needs. Contact your sales consultant to

create your personalized event.

Enomatic Package Be your own sommelier with a custom wine tasting experience with Johnny Martin’s Enomatic wine machine.

The Enomatic is set to taste or enjoy a full glass of up to eight bottles of wine. Choose the type of wines that you would

like to feature at your private gathering and set the food to pair perfectly with them. This is a one of a kind party only

offered at Johnny Martin’s Car Central. Contact your sales consultant to create the most unique

wine tasting party in town.


Catering PoliciesBANQUET MENUSMenu selections are requested 14 days prior to your scheduled function. Our Catering Staff will assist you in customizing a menu for your special needs.

PRICESPrices quoted may be subject to change, given market fluctuations. Patron grants the right to Johnny Martin's Car Central to raise prices accordingly or to make reasonable substitutions on the menu and agrees to pay such increased prices and to accept substitutions.

FOODAll food items must be supplied and prepared by Johnny Martin's Car Central. Due to current health regulations, food may not be brought in from outside sources taken from the Club’s premises by the sponsor or any of the sponsor’s guests, after it has been prepared and served. A guarantee number of attendance is due on all food and beverage functions by 12:00pm, three (3) business days prior to the scheduled event. If no final guarantee is provided, then the attendance listed on the contract will be used as the guarantee figure. All charges will be based upon the guarantees or the actual number of attendees served, whichever is larger. If the guaranteed number increases beyond the 5% overset after the guaranteed cut off time, the guests over and above the 5% will be charged at 1.25 times the contracted price. When two (2) entrée selections are chosen for a plated function, the higher entrée price will apply.

CENTERPIECES/DECORATIONSFloral arrangements and centerpieces may be brought in from an outside vendor. However, a cleaning fee of $150.00 will apply if confetti, potpourri or glitter is used for decorating. Any décor provided by an outside vendor or client is subject to advance approval by Johnny Martin's Car Central.

SIGNS / DISPLAYS / DECORATIONSAll signs, displays and decorations are subject to the approval of Johnny Martin’s Car Central and the Colorado Springs Fire Department. All signs must be printed in a professional manner. Johnny Martin's Car Central will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings with nails, staples, adhesives, or any other substance without specific permission and supervision from the Catering Manager. All décor associated with your event must be discussed with and approved by your Catering Manager. Any costs to repair or clean resort property as a result of self installation will be added to the final bill. Any décor provided by an outside vendor is subject to advance approval by Johnny Martin’s Car Central.


AUDIO VISUAL TECHNOLOGYClient and or outside vendor equipment must be pre-approved by the Catering or Conference Services Manager, and the Audio Visual Department of the Johnny Martin's Car Central and may incur additional fees.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING PACKAGESThe customer is responsible for the arrangements and all expenses of shipping materials, merchandise, exhibits or any other items to and from the Club. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary please contact us at least one week in advance of your event. All boxes should be labeled in the following manner:

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTIONJohnny Martin's Car Central reserves the right to require any guest to present valid identification verifying they are of legal drinking age. Johnny Martin's Car Central reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest, at its sole discretion.

LIQUOR POLICYThe sale and service of alcoholic beverages are regulated by the state of Colorado. As a licensee, Johnny Martin’s Car Central is accountable for the administration of these regulations. Therefore, as the sole licensed purveyor for the property, all liquor must be purchased from Johnny Martin’s Car Central. The Club reserves the right to discontinue any and all service in the event of blatant or willful disregard for the law on the part of the event sponsor or guests in attendance. All liquor bottles with unbroken seals may be returned for a full credit.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTYJohnny Martin's Car Central is not responsible for the damage or loss of any property left on the premises prior to, during or after the event. Clients should arrange for their own insurance. Any damage done to Johnny Martin's Car Central property by the client or any of their guests may incur a charge for restitution or repair.
