How to OrderCall either location and ask for the Deli Manager.

Cancellation PolicyWe require a 48-hour notice to avoid cancellation charges. The customer is responsible for full payment if cancellation is under 24 hours before scheduled order pick-up or delivery.

PaymentWe accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We also accept cash, business and personal checks. For orders over $500, a 50% down payment is required to place your order reservation. Payment in full is required 3 days prior to the event.

Deliveries & Pick-UpsPlease check with our delis for specific delivery areas.Orders may be picked up between the hours of 7AM and 9PM.

All cold food will be prepared on pop-top catering trays andhot food in aluminum containers. All food will be deliveredcold unless specified.

Post-Event Food SafetyOnly proper food handling procedures will be used when preparing your food, however, Metcalfe's cannot be responsible for any problems occurring after food has been delivered. Please use proper food handling procedures when dealing with your leftovers to ensure food safety.
