To enhance and expanddelivery of legal services toindigent and low-incomeimmigrants principally throughdiocesan immigration programsand to meet the immigrationneeds identified by the UnitedStates Conference of CatholicBishops (USCCB).

Immigration Services providesassistance to legal indigent andlow income immigrants who'need immigration counselingand help with the preparationof petitions and applications forcitizenship.
