ATCU’s Prayer Initiative The Atlantic Caribbean Union’s prayer initiative P.U.S.H. “Pray Until Some- thing Happens” continues this coming week Jul. 27 - Aug. 2 with special focus on Graduates The prayer line numbers for special prayers are (345) 640-2628 The church is God’s appoint- ed agency for the salvation of men. It was organized for service, and its mission is to carry the gospel to the world. From the beginning it has been God’s plan that through His church shall be reflected to the world His fullness and His sufficiency. The members of the church, those whom He has called out of darkness into His marvelous light, are to show forth His glory. The church is the repository of the riches of the grace of Christ; and through the church will eventually be made manifest, even to “the principalities and powers in heavenly places,” the final and full display of the love of God. Ephesians 3:10.{AA 9.1} MID-DAY PRAYER SESSION You are invited to the mid- day prayer session at the CAYMAN ACADEMY Cayman Academy announces that it is accepting applications for the new school years 2014-2015. We accept students from Pre-K to year twelve. Office hours during the summer will be from 9:00 - 3:00 pm on week days, on Fridays the office is open from 9:00 – 12:00 noon. Please visit Cayman Academy at 211 Walkers Road or call 949-7190 for information. We are also reminding all churches and groups, to contact the business office at Cayman Academy to make the necessary arrangements to use the facility during the summer months. Thank you! COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT The communication department would like to announce that you can follow us on twitter @CICSDA and keep up to date with all the happenings in the Conference. NCU EDUCATION IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS SURVEY Dr. Ivor Harry, working with a team of persons, will be carrying out a survey to determine the level of interest and thus the vi- ability of an NCU presence in the Cayman Islands. A preliminary survey was done earlier; however, the questionnaire has been redrafted and is being administered to all churches. Please fill them out as accurately as you can. MUSIC CLASSES The West Bay Adventist Church has been offering music classes this summer. Dr. Andrew Marshall, associate professor in the school of music at Northern Caribbean University has been offer- ing classes in Voice training, ear training, vocal coaching, group directing, etc. All ages and skill levels are welcome. July 13 – 27, 2014 are the dates. For appointments please call 517-2919. AMPLIFIED YOUTH MINISTRY Tune in to Praise 87.9 FM every Tuesday 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm for Amplified, a radio program for young people, which helps to spread the Gospel in a vibrant and youthful way. The department is soliciting help from all our skilled men from all churches; come out and give our school a face lift for the new school year.
